The property was across the road from the beach which was also great to swim in. We loved the buffet breakfast as there was a wide range to choose from. The staff were very friendly and informative about where to have dinner in the evening or where to go site seeing. We loved the resort also because it was quiet at night and away from old town Hoi An but loved that they provided a shuttle service drop off and pick up 4 times a day to and from old town. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Needing to relax and be refreshed, we stayed at Koi Resort for 21 nights! The beauty and tranquillity were just what we needed. The breakfasts are great! Also appreciated were the good shopping advice and transportation between Koi Retreat and Hoi An Old Town (5 Km one way). Don’t bother with the free kayaks - the small space to use these is laughable. We had some problems with housekeeping but these were resolved when we spoke to Tracy. Highly recommended!

We loved that there was a shuttle to old town Hoi A but wished it would have had more drop off times (for example, every half hour from 9am to 5pm). Our AC broke one day and they fixed it within the hour! It required quite a bit of electrical work to do so but staff was excelllent!

Beautiful property! Close to the beach! Friendly staff. Breakfast was great with many options. Pools were nice. Rooms very nice but only have bathtubs with shower wands. It was fine. Only problem was set up a pick up service from the airport to the hotel, we were never picked up.

Beautiful property. The staff is wonderful, polite and very accommodating. they offer free bicycles to get around the city and also offer free drops and pickups to the ancient town. Kayaking in the lagoon was fun. Would have loved to kayak in the river instead of just the lagoon.

Excellent hotel with really attentive friendly staff. In a quiet location not too far from Hoi An old town. Hotel had shuttle bus into town. Taxi costs roughly £3 one way. Great place to relax if you so wish. Would stay again if in the area.

The Koi is lovely! The resort is stunning. It’s away from town, but close enough. They have a shuttle service to and from town and a taxi is an easy drive away. The pool is devine and the beach is lovely

The hotel needs some maintenance. However, the staff were very good and friendly. The rooms/bungalows are spacious and well set out. The bicycles were good and the transfers to Hoi An very convenient.

Beautiful resort, staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very nice with good ac. Surrounding shuttle transportation around vacinity was very convenient for us traveling with seniors.

I love how this property is separated from the parking lot and busy roadway so it is wonderfully quiet and serene. I enjoy walking so I enjoyed walking from our room to the motorbike, but you can take the electric cart if you want. We also used the free bicycles sometimes too, loved it. Beautiful grounds all around the hotel, near the beach. The room was beautiful with a great bathroom and tub. Very few windows though, the room was pretty dark. Check-in was relatively easy. Fantastic service. We are two women friends travelling together as a vacation from living in Hanoi. We did get creep vibes from one of the bellhops and tried to avoid him, but no bad vibes from anyone else. I wish they had a water dispenser in the lobby. They give you two tiny 500ml bottles of water per day and I just wish I could fill my water bottle and not use so much plastic. I was told at breakfast I couldn't fill my water bottle with the water dispenser there "no takeaway". This place feels exclusive without exclusive prices. Loved it.

The staff were lovely and friendly and a nice pool. Great breakfast and lovely touches in the room like special tea and fruit. The beach across the street (not the fault of the property though) was awful... it is eroding and sandbags are placed to try to keep erosion from getting worse. Beach was dirty and lots of glass

bungalow room with nice view. the resort is nice, romantic, quiet. breakfast with various of choice. shuttle bus here to hoi an town scheduled twice per day. the resort next to beach. staff are friendly and helpful. it is 25km from Da Nang international airport. Room rate is cheap.

Horrible staff services to local Vietnamese! My wife is from the City of Hue. She went back to Vietnam to visit her family. She tells me the hotel staff did not give her service when requested. They ignore her and her family. The buffet breakfast was limited and not all dishes were served. The property and the facilities were beautiful and nice. Too bad the hotel staff had to ruin it.

The villas are proper and the staff serves with enthusiasm . A really nice place to chill and relax.

Marvellous gardens and architecture combined by the riverside. Just some spots need to by dusted and de weed. Customer service exceptional. Very pleasant stay. Will go back next time

Amazing staff, great facilities. Gym could be better. Pool by the spa was really nice although sonetimes they have corporate (loud) events

Very nice hotel, everything is clean and perfect. Breakfast with wide variety of choices of western and Vientnames. Room is well-decorated but the air-con had the condensation. Highly recommended. Very relaxing resort.
