Nice hotel in a nice part of Rabat!

The hotel is quite new, rooms are clean and modern although not very luxurious especially for the price paid, keeping in mind we are in Rabat, Morocco not in NYC.The neighboorhood is nice as well with many restaurants and shops right across the street.

Very nice hotel in an upclass location with a great view flopr 14 restaurant and the bed was very comfortable and staff well mannered ! Will be my go to hotel whenever im in rabat

Everything about the hotel was beautiful and immaculate. The hotel was apparently opened in 2017.The only thing I would say is slightly annoying is that the check-in process took a while. I was ask to sit down while the process was handled. Took about 20 mins.

New hotel in an upscale area. It’s close to cafes, bakeries and other amenities. The Qanoon player ( music) was great. Very courteous staff.

Property did not have a proper care package considering it was a 5 star hotel. For over $300/night it did not feel luxurious as Sofitel, did not have attentive staff, had to wait 30 minutes just to get the key to the room. Bell hop grabbed the bag but didn’t even bother delivering it and we had to make 2 extra trips to grab our stuff. When asked to book the hotel car we were told mixed messages and they failed at even grabbing a taxi to take us to where we need to go. The staff only cared if you tip them and if not they could careless. Definitely not a 5 Star rating, maybe a 4 star at most based on amenities only.

I do not regard this has a 5* hotel. In the double room, there was only one chair with a table, so where was the second person suppose to sit if room service had been ordered. There were tea/coffee facilities but these were not kept stocked up i.e. only one cup, no milk. The customer should not need to ask for cups, sugar, milk etc. In 5* hotels, these items are stocked up each day. Only news channels on TV.

Generally good

The View is a lovely new hotel in a great area. The staff was very helpful, making sure the room was quiet. Housekeeping was efficient, alll the staff was courteous, I would recommend staying here. The area is safe and walkable, with some nice restaurants.

The front desk didn’t speak English. I like the spa manager, she was very friendly.
