Excellent hotel for our requirements. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very large and comfortable. Location perfect. Tucked away in the back streets so lovely and quiet but all the hustle and bustle just around the corner. Many restaurants, shops and money changers. Recommended

This hotel has always been my go to hotel for the last few years. It’s clean, nice and friendly staff has always been worth it.

We stayed a couple of nights as a treat after our trek. This is a lovely hotel with suite sized rooms and very modern and clean. Breakfast was a good spread with lots of fresh choices. Bed was comfortable and the staff very welcoming and professional.

Excellent hotel in Kathmandu with location near Thamel (but without all the noise from Thamel). Good breakfast and airport transfers included. Can only recommend before and after hiking in Nepal.

This is such a good hotel, and I had a great stay here. It is a high end "western style" hotel, in a quiet location despite being in Thamel, as it's at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very conveniently located for shops and restaurants. The staff are really friendly and efficient. I enjoyed some excellent food in the restaurant and in the bar on the eighth floor which has a great view over Kathmandu. My room had a little balcony which was perfect for reading and relaxing. The room itself was very comfortable with air con, kettle, small fridge, tv and there was even a collapsible washing line in the shower. They had thought of everything to make my stay comfortable. After a hot day of sightseeing it was so nice to return here. I was lucky enough to be there in the "rainy" season, so it was fairly quiet and I liked this too!

The Hotel Mulberry was perfect for a stay. The staff were friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping did an amazing job and sometimes we would find our towels had been changed twice in a day. The food was brilliant, we didn’t have anything that we did not enjoy. Really liked the infinity pool at the top of the hotel. The Spa was great we had several different treatments. Great place to be based in Kathmandu.

Mulberry hotel is a modern, beautiful, well built and well maintained hotel in the middle of town but also quiet location. It is easily accessible to most important attractions and shops. There are several restaurants close by. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. There is a fantastic roof top swimming pool and bar with great facilities and views of the city. The staff are very pleasant and courteous. My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will stay there again if we are in Kathmandu.

The rooms at Mulberry are very comfortable and quite spacious. The staff are also lovely and helpful.
The rooftop has a nice view of Kathmandu and has a gorgeous infinity pool.
The hotel is very close to souvenirs in Thamel so do go out and explore!

Its a very nice hotel for three stars. Location is kind of hidden but in a nice live touristy area. Very clean nice helpful staff with great breakfast.

This was my third stay at the Hotel Mulberry and it never disappoints. It is a haven of calm. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are immaculately clean and a dish of fresh fruit, nuts and biscuits is provided. Lovely!

This was my last 2 nights in Nepal, and staying with Mulberry hotel was a treat.
I was very well looked after. Breakfast was varied and fresh.
Dinner was very delicious.
Staffs are so kind and helpful.
The front office manager was very professional whilst being kind and paying attention to all the guests.
I highly recommend Mulberry Hotel, as it is an hidden Oasis within Kathmandu

First of all, I was not aware of the included airport transportation, so I was quite surprised when I noticed my name outside the airport. The hotel is centrally located in Thamel with walking distance to key attractions. It seems the hotel standard is above average in this area. Good food in the rooftop restaurant. Comfortable bed in a spacious room. They made me a breakfast box ready at 1:30am, which was impressive. Overall a short but good stay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I received a room upgrade, as it was low season, which was very nice. The welcome fruit bowl and treats were great, along with a rose for Valentines Day. The airport shuttle was convenient. Food and service were good. The rooftop pool and restaurant were great, too bad the air pollution ruins the view.

My friends and I stayed at Mulberry a month ago and really enjoyed it. It was so nice and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. When we came back into Kathmandu, we went to another hotel. But we didn’t like it, so we walked over to Mulberry and asked if they had a room for us and they did! So we stayed there twice. Thank you to Mulberry!

This is my second time in a week to stay at Hotel Mulberry.
Like my first stay, this one was excellent. Really helpful staff, really decent breakfast, very comfortable rooms, great location.
This is going to be my regular hotel when I travel to Kathmandu.

Such a great find, very central, easy walking distance of so many stunning surroundings. But slightly hidden so very quiet. The staff were all lovely, welcoming and helpful. Loved chatting to them.
The roof pool has the best views over the area. The food was tasty and plentiful, Dahl soup and garlic Nan amazing!
I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return ☺️

Nice hotel. The rooms are very clean. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and courteous. The buffet breakfast is very good. Nice property grounds. Good amenities. We had a nice comfortable stay.

I had just completed a seven day trek and wanted to unwind. I chose the hotel as it had a rooftop swimming pool and a spa.
The staff were very good from reception to porter to bar and restaurant.
The rooms were so quiet and very clean.
I had two massages over two days and Maggie really unknotted me.
My only comment is the hotel was down a back street which a couple of times i had trouble finding (luckily I had a local sim and so managed to locate on maps).
Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend and will be staying here next time I am in Kathmandu!

This is an excellent hotel - top to bottom. Some may not like Thamel (very very busy streets of shops and venders and some agressive sellers), but you are a couple streets removed if you wish to avoid. I would use again 🙏

Amazing service from the moment you arrive at the airport to the time they drop you off. VIP hotel. Excellent on all, good massages but the people serving you is the best of all. Roof top pool you have to try it. Excellent location. Very central. And fair prices. You have to stay here. I want to thank all personnel in this hotel

Looking for extraordinary customer service? This peaceful gem made our trip memorable! Anything we needed, they found with a smile: diresvtins to temples. extra towels, tours, restaurant recommendations, plus a totally free airport shuttle!

I was really looking forward to my stay at Hotel Mulberry as all the reviews were very good and was extremely disappointed. The main reason I stayed there was because of the gym, and neither treadmill worked. They have a spa which was very basic (the pedicure didn't have a real basin, and I sat on towels). Staff was really reluctant when I asked with help with taxis. The whole place needs a facelift, furniture was really, really run-down. The breakfast was decent, but nothing special. Overall, a very disappointing stay. The best part was the view from the stay - but the "infinity pool" leaves a lot to be desired.

I had booked a double bed, but was informed when i got there that they did not have one available. At dinner, I was excited to see lamb chops, and was told that they didn't have any. In the morning, I requested not to enter the room to clean. They then attempted while i was there and i requested once again not to complete a turn down service. At 6:00 p.m. I went out for dinner and came back at 7:30 to find out that they came in the room and completed a turn down. The only response I got from management was that they were sorry. I will not be booking here again.
