I wish I could give this stay a full 5 stars. I'm not one to give negative reviews but feel like I need to in this case. We stayed in this hotel 3 nights, and could barely sleep the last 2 because of no air conditioning. The weather was 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the city at the time. We called to get this resolved and was told that management had the A/C on "winter mode" which doesn't get transitioned to "summer mode" until April 1st. We had the lack of a working A/C on 3/30 and 3/31 evenings. We addressed this by opening windows, which again, was not ideal because we're located in a busy part of the city, and to make matters worse, 3/31 was an election night so there was a lot of fanfare and chants happening outside. Bottom line, if you're paying good money for a global brand you at a minimum would expect decent HVAC support. Staff didn't suggest any alternatives (i.e. providing a fan). Otherwise the stay was great - you cannot beat the location, room was excellent (we stayed at a suite) and the breakfast food was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just make sure when the whether is warm, you're there on April or later.

Didn't upgrade room despite availability. Staff is clueless about basic processes. Room had a weird smell coming from thr bathroom. Our room was right below the restaurant on the 8th floor, and we constantly heard chairs and other furniture moving. Would not stay again.

Awesome hotel with great staff and convenient location!!!

It was a clean and nice location. The amenities were too as well. One thing I’d like to point out is about staff. They were rude with my guest and hostile. Wish that could have been better.

It is acceptable economic hotel however the price is a bit high this type of hotels and what i dislike the most their towels are old and need to be changed.

Rooms are unsafe see photos, electrics hanging out from a shower!!! Risk of electric shock, sockets loose and hanging from wall, do not let your children stay here!! Breakfast only one coffee machine working and always a massive que, I just used to go Starbucks next door much quicker!! Shower soap holder loose and hanging from wall! Shower head unusable and just hanging freely!! Sub standard

The staff were very courteous and nice. Unfortunate thing, the refrigerator in the room did not cool properly but they did offer and provided ice and offered to refrigerate anything i needed in their kitchen's refrigerator.

I rented a non smoking room. Whom ever had the room before me must have been a chain smoker. The Towels and robes all smelled like smoke. I could not remove my clothing from the suitcases due t the extreme smoke smell.

Friendly staff, great location and I plan to come back

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and welcoming. I requested extra pillows and they were delivered to my room immediately. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff were able to advise on excursions and arrange for a friendly driver to take us to the archaeological sites for a reasonable fee. Although our driver could not speak English he used Google translate, which was fine. Breakfasts were good with a selection of both hot and cold Turkish foods, breads and cereals. The bar restaurant had a good selection of bar meals and drinks. The location is very good near to the old town souk and bazaar or if you walk in the opposite direction there is more modern shopping. The hotel is located one street back from the water front which has a pedestrian walkway.

overall it was a good experience, not the best i ever had in Izmir but just good. Coffee for the breakfast could be improved. Location is not far from the busy part of the city but excellent for pick up and drop off.

All mod cons, helpful staff. Very good value for the price.

Room was super modern with the lights. Also super clean and new looking all of it.

Welcoming staff

Good hotel for business stay. The only issue was that the air con didn’t have a cool setting, only heat or fan, which meant it got pretty stuffy in the room. The gym is also very small but useable.

Very clean property and very helpful and polite staff. Area around the hotel is very nice, the sea promenade accessible in walking distance. Transportation to Nd from the airport via Metro and İzban was cery convenient. Breakfast buffet was very good

Good overall

A disappointing stay! We booked 3 sea view rooms but there is hardly any sea view from the rooms. The hotel in on a back street with partial sea view between 2 buildings in the front. Initially we were given 1 room with no view at all and on complaining were then reluctantly moved to a room with a slight partial sea view but much smaller than the room we booked. The check-in staff were not forthcoming and there response was they had no rooms! So pray why take our booking? The quality of bed was not good with lumpy mattress and and there was a foul sewage smell from the bathroom.

I liked the front desk staff,all very friendly and warm.However,the breakfast staff were not very friendly and quickly cleared the food before the guests finished serving

It is not professional for a 4star hotel to have only paid parking and not providing any free parking for their guests.
