No in room slippers, the shower has issues with water temperature control, one second with hot water and the next second with cold/warm water, constantly doing so, I’ve told the reception, they said going to check, but nothing has been fixed nor followed up. Breakfast and dinner buffet were great, but I’ve been told that they never change menu, so I had exactly the same food menu for my 3 nights stay, starting to get sick of the same stuffs, also the rooms are extremely overpriced, the cheapest for AUD$620+ per night for a single bed twin room without private onsen for 1 person. The free shuttle to Odawara was handy but required early reservation, other than this, no other services provided.

The best place we stayed during our Japan journey. We very much enjoyed our visit "which needed to be longer" and we'll simply have to come again. The rooms were very comfortable, the onsen was very nice and location was very relaxing and felt part of nature. We all enjoyed the wonderful meals as well.

Our stay was excellent. The room was quite spacious. Dinner and breakfast was included and had several options. Unfortunately, they didnt have any vegetarian dishes for dinner. But the staff was kind enough to make us a vegetarian curry, pasta and soup. Drinks were included with the dinner package and had several excellent wine and whiskeys. The facility is right opposite the Hakone Pirate ship cruise and Ropeway. They also have a free shuttle back to Odawara. Overall I highly recommend this stay in Hakone.

We love the room. It has nice bath tub with bath salt provided.
We were given a eoom at the far end and doesnt have view of the lake much. It was blocked by the trees

Scenery space and quiet. Dinner and breakfast buffet was excellent with unlimited free alcohol. Space was very clean and design was good also. I would like to revisit this place.

Amazing location with nice view to lake Ashi. It was placed very nice to turist attractions near by. The buffet for both dinner and breakfast was very nice with broad options, and a lot of different options for drinks. Lastly the staff was so nice and helpfull. Lastly the rooms were large and clean.

Wonderful experience. Staff are friendly and assisted to make reservation for shuttle bus to station. The view is stunning and dinner has great food and all alcohol you can drink.

Highly recommend this hotel! We stayed just for a night in between Gotemba and Tokyo, but wish we stayed another night. Definitely recommend the half board so that dinner and breakfast are included.

Great views of Lake Ashi. Close to fun activities; pirate ship, cable cars, and delish noodle shop. We took hotel shuttle to impressive open air museum and walked to fab sushi restaurant. Love the on-site onsen. Clean and relaxing.

Everything was perfect: friendly and polite staff, beyond accommodating, extra comfy bed and very nice room providing Yukata, pyjamas, sandals for our stay, location , view, natural bath, food ! All exceptional.
