Other than them giving me a king when I reserved 2 queens, it was great. They took care of it.

Check in was easy, lobby was clean, room was clean and spacious, pull out couch was easy to set up and there was plenty of room for it, and the bathroom was nice. Our room did not have the linens for the pull out couch in the closet as stated in the room, and weird since my reservation said 3 guests. I went down to the front desk (around 1 a.m.) and requested them. The front desk worker had some attitude when I asked, was reluctant to go look for them, but did go find some. I also requested a pillow, which he said that he didn’t have any, so I had to borrow one from the bed in our room, which was a little annoying. Pull out couch wasn’t super comfortable, but that’s to be expected. Other than that issue, everything else was nice. Was close to our concert venue, was clean, and check in/out was easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again if going to a concert at The Factory!

It was ok. I know it’s not the hotels fault but I really wanted to stay somewhere with a pool. The kids enjoy going swimming, but the pool was closed. For the amount of money they charge for the room you would this they would offer breakfast or something.

You can hear EVERYTHING in this hotel. Everytime someone opens a door, runs water, talks, or flushed the toilet it can be heard.
Although it was a very hot weekend, the AC could not keep up and the room would not get cool enough. The hallways and lobby were extremely warm and balmy as well.
Great location, just not worth the money.

bathroom wasn't clean, hair in the shower, and the shower diverter switch wasn't working. I had to bath which was super annoying.

Angela and all the staff were fantastic. They made the stay enjoyable and were very friendly and accommodating. We could not get the Wi-Fi to work on my laptop, which would’ve been an issue if I had more work to do while I was there, but otherwise it was a great experience

I liked the location and felt the rooms were clean and updated. The bed was also very comfortable!

One elevator was out of order, and only one (slow) elevator was working. The pool was out of order. There weren't trash bags in the trash cans in the room.
The room was nice, and had several USB plug in's around the room, and Netflix built into the TV.

We have stayed at this hotel before and needed to stay again for graduation. This was a 2 night stay with two adults and 2 children (8 and 3).The pool is under construction and will not be open until after May 25th. We actually had another stay booked, but cancelled because of the pool. In our room, the remote for the tv didn't work well, the tub and sink drained very, very slow, and there were ants in the window sill. The person at customer service did comp my kids candy for the pool. But, at check out the person at the desk stated she would give us 3000 Marriott points for the concerns during our stay. Those have yet to be applied after a week. If you simply need a place to sleep, I'd recommened for a night. I would not recommened if its multiple nights and you need the amenities.

The room was tiny. We got a room that had a pull out sleeper sofa. Pee stained. Barely enough room to even pull the mattress out. The bar/breakfast area was a joke. Waited for 15 minutes before going and finding someone to even assist with coffee. The pool doesnt work. Overpriced.

We stayed for 1 night only as planned. Only complaint is that the bed was too firm and the pillows too soft. Great location and easy access to I64/highway 40. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and activities within walking distance or less than 5 minute drive.

I will definitely stay here again when work brings me back to the area. I arrived late at night and Angela was working the front desk. I had mistakenly made my reservation for the wrong date and she helped me through the process to change the date. AND, she did not charge me a fee even though it was a non-refundable reservation. She was so great to work with and understanding of my silly mistake.

Whenever my husband and I come to Chesterfield to see a show at The Factory, this is where we stay. This hotel is very clean, friendly staff and located in a nice area. There are some good bar/restaurants nearby too.

Overall really good. Room heater not function well…very loud. Couldn’t figure out handheld shower arm and coffee for maker not replaced after first day

Very nice place! Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, nice to have a fridge and microwave. Easy to get to and nice parking options. Super easy to check in and out.

As soon as you walk through the doors a feeling of calm comes over you. From the wonderful fragrance to the music to the staff and surroundings you instantly get the feelings of peace and comfort. Absolutely the best stay we have had in a hotel overall!
