The bathroom had footprints and the shower wasn’t cleaned well. The air conditioning went out at 4am and no one was downstairs to help me when I called

Perfect stopping point en route with clean, quiet (5th floor) facility. Extremely pleasant staff. Best part…Bronxville next door…so quaint, best bagel shop for breakfast/lunch, beautiful picnic parks, and boutiques

I liked everything about the property

Upon arriving my bed sheets were never changed, as they had nasty pubic hair all on top of the comforter, inside the sheets and on the mattress pad! I was disgusted! Luckily I had my own sheets with me and stripped the beds and made housekeeping cleaned the entire room the next day when I left for work! I was told the manager would call me and never did! The young woman that checked me out refused to give me a breakfast voucher! Said it was not included in my stay but I received it the day before by a different employee! As a previous employee of a courtyard Marriott, I could not believe I experienced this! Never have I stayed in a HILTON once and went through any of this! I am in Yonkers for business a lot and will never step foot back in this location and I will surely spread the word to all my co workers coming from out of town to NEVER STAY HERE! Still no phone call as of today from a Manager. I just wanted them to be aware so the next guest do not experience what I did. DO NOT STAY HERE! You will be sleeping on someone else’s sheets as their housekeepers are too LAZY to change the sheets! For a manager to not follow up on a complaint is not a person that should hold that title! VISIBLE PUBIC HAIR IS BY FAR THE MOST DISGUSTING THING TO FIND IN A ROOM THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE CLEANED after a long day of work!! DO NOT STAY HERE! As far as the employee who chose not to give me my voucher had no compassion! Keep your breakfast! I’m sure your kitchen is disgusting!!

It was extremely busy and chaotic but it was nice enough. Quiet in the rooms. It was a bit rushed looking on cleaning and finding a luggage cart was hard, but I'd definitely stay again.

This hotel and stay was amazing. The amenities were wonderful, spacious, clean and the customer service was world class. I will absolutely be looking to stay here again every time I visit NY for work or leisure. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Very nice place. Nice staff. Clean room. The only setback is my children found a zip lock bag with what looked like an empty pill tray of who knows the content hidden behind the dresser drawers. I immediately instructed them to put it back and wash hands thoroughly. Please check everywhere next time. Nevertheless, stay was pretty good.
