Very clean, quiet very respectable staff

Really nice property, conveniently located to convention center, Old Market, baseball stadium, restaurants, and downtown. Room was well appointed and good size. Didn't eat in the hotel, but dining options looked good. Would definitely stay here again.

For the price, wish they had microwave. Convenient location though. Pool was a little small

Property was great problem is when you book on Expedia you pick river view and you pay extra for that but when you get there the hotel does not know that at all so would be nice to fix that but the hotel was great

The location was ideal, conveniently near both downtown and the airport. However, the front desk agent could have been more considerate when assigning rooms to guests.

Loved our stay!!

Very nice hotel. Very comfortable bed. I was disappointed in the room, the door that hides the mini fridge is broke and won’t close all the way and the sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain and filled up with water quickly when used. The edges around all the flooring was dusty and I don’t think it is right to charge for WiFi, as a member I can get it free but couldn’t get logged into the website. I love that so many things were very close and the hotel bar and restaurant are open and convenient.

Great place

This hotel is understaffed in all areas starting with reception. Multiple times we stood and waited at the bell desk with our luggage as the reception staff just stared and offered no help until I asked if we could get help. I was traveling alone with three kids. The attitude specifically from the front desk staff was ridiculous. As if they were irritated that they were in the hospitality business. Melissa was one of the front desk people that repeatedly offered attitude and glares. The pool did not have quick access to drinking water either. Typically at least a dispenser is sitting on a table adjacent the pool but in order to get water you must travel three floors down to the bar. Very odd.

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. These rooms are amazing. The entire property is gorgeous. The staff is super friendly and helpful when i checked in as well.

Everything was great except for the noise level. The Marriott is located downtown in an active nightlife area with lots of late night noise that includes any and all exhibitions of speed on the roadways around the hotel that feel like the car is driving through your room.

Not happy that we had to wait so long to get into our room even though it was after 3. We had to have a feather free room and we called at 9 in the morning….and the room still was not ready when we got there until almost 4:30. Otherwise everything was awesome.

The hotels itself was great. The service on the other hand. The people were nice, but when we needed to leave early the front desk would not help us with canceling the last night of our reservation. Hotels.com didn't help us with that either. We literally had to pay for an extra night even though our circumstances were unavoidable. I think given the money we paid to stay here, they could have helped us out more when things weren't going the best.

Our stay was just average considering the price we payed. The room wasn’t that clean, floors were dirty.

If your staying at thjs hotel, FREE PARKING should be included. $25 to park (in Marriots parking garage) and its a hassle leaving the parking garage. Other than that a very beautiful and clean hotel.

Why only one coffee serving in a room for two? Why do the pipes clank all night? Valets and check-in were excellent.

Paid way too much for a not great hotel room, thought breakfast was included and should of been, so spent 50.00 for breakfast at society which was over priced. Then get a email after we got home that we had to pay 25.00 a day for parking, which was never mentioned on Travelocity web page or the hotel.If I would of booked room directly the room would of been cheaper and wouldn’t have to pay parking.Will not stay there again.

Very convenient location. Staff is delightful, valet is quick, bar is stocked with great (and healthy) food choices.

Closet space was very small. Could not hang up all of our clothes. Water pressure was very poor.

Nice property overall, valet service was quick and polite as was check in and check out. The hotel has a lot of busy roads around it. There was a lot of street noise at most hours of the day and night. Made for a noisy room when trying to sleep. Room had a lot of dust on chairs and baseboards and the floor hadn’t been really cleaned for some time. The furniture and beds were comfortable and newer. Breakfast was just a buffet so we went elsewhere.

Lovely stay

This hotel is convenient to restaurants, the Old Market, has a great bar and restaurant on site. However, it was an expensive room and the highway noise was awful!

The location is very convenient and the hotel room is large
