Everything was a great experience.

Clean room and good location.

The staff were very friendly and polite, the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was okay, the potatoes were cold and the bacon was undercooked.

This was our third stay with Hilton garden inn in the last 6 months. It's safe to say we like it here. Everything is always clean, the people are always very nice and attentive. In June we stayed here the weekend when all the computers around the world went down and they made that complicated process check in process easy on us. The restaurant is always good, not the best but it's good. If I had to say anything it would be about the beds and pillows. They're way too soft and lumpy. I think it may be time to upgrade the beds and pillows. Nonetheless it's a worth while stay if you're looking for a nice hotel in the Lompoc area. You have a BK at the corner, grocery store a block down and the movie theatre across the street along with other fast food and sit down options.

Staff and property were great. Unfortunately, it’s out of their hands but there are homeless all Over the outside of the property that hang out in the parking lot and surrounding areas. We didn’t feel safe leaving after sunset.

Defect： The lights in the room are too few, very dim, not bright enough at all, not even a table is enough and there are few bathroom utensils. Didn't even provide hand soap. The suite we booked as a family didn't have a door... When checking out, the employee had a very average attitude and was indifferent,not proactively greeting the customer. Advantage： Dog friendly hotel and reasonable charge. The location of the hotel is very good, with many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. There is a Walmart nearby, which is very convenient.

A beautiful hotel, very welcoming staff. They did not have two queens available upon arrival but upgraded us to a spacious suite, lovely.

Excellent customer service. The best check in experience I’ve ever had. The rooms are immaculate.

Does not feel safe outside at night. Worried about our traveling car filled with family gear all night. So many homeless lurking around the parking lot and building. Hotel keeps its front doors locked at night because of it’s such a problem. Sad this is what you get for nearly $300 a night. Basic motel rooms and amenities.

The hotel was very clean and modern. Plus, the staff was incredibly kind to our large group spending the night. It's my second time staying there and I would do it again.
