The shower did not work

I had fruit and yogurt delivered by a friend. My husband had sweet rolls.

We were perfectly satisfied. The location for us was great as we had been in a traffic jam for 2 1/2hrs and we’re very tired when we arrived.

Hard to find behind some other places.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were huge and extremely clean. The beds were VERY comfortable, and the check-in process was easy. Breakfast was also great and was available until 10:30 am I think (which is later than some other hotels). All in all, great experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

We were not advised breakfast time on check-in and therefore missed it. However the receptionist made an effort to get us pastries and fruit for our children.

I really didn’t care for the property. I can say the property had good lighting.

It wasn’t a good property, too close to eateries and stores easy access for other cars to get on the property. The swimming pool is right next to H street, and you can hear all the traffic. The covering wasn’t well by the swimming pool so people walking the sidewalk can see you.

The property is very clean, good location, a lot of restaurants and places to eat, comfortable bed. Good, hot breakfast is one of the reasons i always want to book in this hotel but on our first day, we just had a grab and go breakfast but on the second day, they served hot good breakfast as i was always expecting, and to add it up the lady in the kitchen made turkey sausage for us when she knew we don’t eat pork as what was served in the counter , thank you so much. We’ll stay in this hotel again.

The facility is surrounded by restaurants and there are some other good food joints in Buellton and Solvang.

Only a king disabled access room was available. We would have preferred two queens.The shower transfer seat was terrible; it cannot be securely attached to the tub and the tub floor was slipperier than a greased piglet. Shortly after checking in I used the toilet but the cheesy particle board seat was cracked on one side. When I finished and tried to leave, the defective seat pinched my skin and ripped a sliver of flesh from the back of my leg. I guess I am even with the hotel since their seat bit my leg but my leg left blood all over their sheets.

What breakfast? The untruth is that breakfast was served. It wasn’t. A breakfast bag is not eggs, meat, a waffle, a choice of juice, oatmeal. Bait and switch. Not satisfactory.

When you advertise breakfast, you cannot substitute a stale pastry and fruit, yogurt, and juice not of your choosing. The coffee tasted like water. Bait and switch. Not okay.

Everything was near by.
