Facilities are five star - very clean and spacious. I can say that it made my stay in boracay very memorable. I dont even want to leave the hotel at times because it’s so cozy. To the staff and admin- Keep up the good work!

Good location. Good buffet. Bar is very good!!! Gin tonics are awesome and cocktails are nice and strong. Rooms are large.

Nice hotel, great pool and pool bar. Used the hotels transfer back to the airport, which can be recommended. The hotel plays loud music until 10pm.

The overall ambiance is very good., Staff are very helpful, they act right away when you request something., but there just some minor problem i had because i have sensitive sense of smell., theres this mucky (hopefully not mold) smell in the room and the floor start getting sweaty which make the smell stronger., but compare to other hotel with this price range., this hotel is better., There is a security guard which will make you feel safe.,

Like: Staff Dislike: Noise level can be annoying(hotel music played from as early as 6am til very late); Trip hazards on ground floor; 1 water bottle provided in the room (has to call reception everytime for refill); no cabinet for clothes (hanging rack out in the open in front of the bed); No handtowels, bath towels are too small; 1k incidental deposit per night upon check in, though it gets returned upon check out still quite a bit of money if you're staying more than 4nights as u might need your cash while you're out and about (if you use your credit card, it might take at least 2 weeks to get your money back)

Good place to stay in Boracay

Other than the staff there is really nothing to recommend this property. It’s glory days are long gone, and it is under-staffed and in disrepair. The staff they have is friendly and professional. But the restaurants attached to the hotel have serious issues with product availability and cleanliness. I was served a drink with a dead cockroach on the metal straw at what was the highly rated Super Magic IceCream And Burger restaurant that is in the same building. Overall I found the experience acceptable but uninspiring.

I don’t think that I have ever stayed in a hotel with this kind of amazing service. The Hue hotel in Boracay is the unicorn of places to stay. The hotel staff is the friendliest, most attentive group of employees that I have ever met. If you need something, they are on it within minutes. The hotel itself is an oasis within an oasis. The pool take center stage to the hotel that was built around it. Ample lounge beds, to pool attendants that will make sure you have everything you need including towels and water. I traveled with my seven-year-old daughter, and every day the staff seemingly catered to her, said good morning, and in most cases free hugs :-) The hotel is located just a short 3 to 4 minute walk to the beach. If you need something talk to the front desk and they will have an answer for you immediately, from activities in the area, to transportation to and from the airport in Catilan. I honestly cannot say enough about my experience at this hotel. By far the very best service, and commodities that I have experienced. The rooms are spacious, well-kept, The beds are extremely comfortable, the shower is chai Normas and I like that there is a separate space for the toilet. Do you feel like you are in your own sound proof booth. If you were lucky enough to spend your birthday here be prepared to be spoiled by a HBD song, cake, and message on your TV I am sure that I am missing you something else in my review, but I think you get a general idea :-)

Constant stream of small ants around bath sink and surrounding counter, up walls. Housekeeping did not seem to notice. More of an inconvenience. Other than that minor issue, room configuration was comfortable for a family of 4. 1 king, 2 dbl beds and 2 full bathrooms.

We would not stay here again Pros: - staff friendly and generally tried to help Cons: - hotel is dated and not in good condition - lock on our door failed repeatedly meaning we couldn't get into the room, and at several points there was no hot water for the shower - loud noise from live music at nearby bars goes on until midnight

Very friendly staff

We enjoyed our family room it was clean and beds were super comfy, ac worked great and the pillows were super comfy. Sad about the green pool though. You have to request for room clean up. But nobody answers un the housekeeping or front desk, they were understaff , the towels should be changed its not white and its frayed, breakfast buffet was filling more of a lunch selection than breakfast, like adobo, fried chicken, afritada on some days, so i found that weird. We stayed for 5 nights ang glad to have some bacon, in the 4th day. Its far from the beach. Transfer was well organized. The staff were courteous except for the security at night who was fresh. Would i stay here again probably not. Beach front is king!

Food has limited choices, restaurant area was small and has limited tables and seats only. Condiments are not always available, like butter. Staffs are not all courteous towards the guests.The location was not great as expected as near to the beach front. You need to walk 10 mins and the road towards the beach was under construction; muddy with water and dark. No lights within the road.

The resort was amazing, all the staff was very attentive to your needs. The resort was located just a very short walk to an amazing beach and crystal clear water. We loved our stay and will return

Friendly staff and amazing facilities

Amazing stay and Hotel, 5min walking from the beach.Lovely and helpful staff.Amenities are great, big pool, small but equipped gym, restaurants, bars and massage/spa inside the property.Super value for money, would absolutely recommend it to anyone staying in Boracay.Small and only complain, I paid 35eur for a laundry service (absolutely not expected, and prior information need to be given to guests)
