Air con kept turning itself off after an hour and required us to get out of bed to turn it back on, just what you want when it's 38c
Before the second night of the stay we told the reception staff who said they'd send a technician which didn't happen.
2 sachets of coffee in the room, not replaced sure the first night.
Lots of commotion in the 2nd floor hallway on the second night. Got the impression lots of prostitutes were coming and going throughout our stay.

This hotel was subpar at most. The breakfast has a large selection but the quality is inferior. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. I think they are trying to make up for what the hotel and area lacks. It is not the best area, in that it has two strip clubs sandwiching the hotel. Not great for families. There are people lingering around day and night outside the hotel. It’s fairly close to most things so that is convenient, but otherwise, I would not choose this as a family option.

Great value, great service, conveniently located near the Acropolis. Breakfast option was one of the best, buffet had a great variety of food and overall delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We arrived very late at night due to flight delay. Our room was big with a partial view of the acropolis which was nice. Staff were polite and took our bags to our room. We paid extra for breakfast which was OK. Room fridge had a couple of soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water. Water was very expensive at €2 per 0.5L bottle, so we did not have any! Nice large shower but floor outside of the shower was badly stained from water damage. There was no soap for washing. Rather disappointing stay as we thought the description of the hotel sounded much more luxurious!

Stayed here prior to embarking on a cruise. Staff were wonderful. They supported us in navigating a variety of needs- transportation, tours, dinner.

Great hotel, but it’s right on a major highway with night clubs and shady joints next door. Great staff, great service, rooms were clean and comfortable, just the area was a bit concerning. We did not have any incidents and nor we felt unsafe at any point. But was the only downside of this otherwise great hotel.

Convenient hotel, but ads were confusing regarding transportation from airports.

Location is not far from Plaka and Monatsiraki place, and just 25 minutes from the acropolis entrance.
We selected the hotel for the parking facility that they have. and overall, location on the main road is an advantage especially if you are motorized.
The hotel amenities and quality are acceptable, good value for money. but the room was with no view at all.

Room issues : we notified the hotel of each of the following to which they did not action - air conditioning was barely working, it was set to 23 and room sat at 28 degrees. There was a sliding window that did not lock and the hotel said they would send maintenance but it was never fixed.
Location issues: although it seemed industrial there were out door clubs blaring music till 6 am one of the nights we stayed. There is no sound proofing to the windows so it felt like we were just outside. Additionally - not bad for my partner and I but it was a solid 30-40 min walk to the north plaka area / 25-30 to enter the south plaka area. You also have to cross several busy streets without a cross walk as an fyi.
Would not stay here again - unfortunately two not so great nights.

Property was walkable to Acropolis and other sites and room and roof top bar had beautiful view of Acropolis. Room was small but clean and it was right next to a school; so we could hear kids playing on Friday afternoon - the rest of the weekend was fine.

Hotel reception and foyer are amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful. Executive room with balcony was great but no view of Acropolis as room faced very busy and noisy main road. To be honest the noise didnt put us off as after a full days sightseeing we would have slept through anything. Wee things to highlight. Door handle to balcony was held on with sellotape and tiles on balcony were broken. In saying that, the hotel was superb value and room and bathroom were in luxury category. Breakfast was amazing. If staying here get the red bus 2 zone ticket as walk up to main centre can be a killer in the heat. We would definitely stay again. Also note, hotel wedged between 2 gentleman's club. Didnt cause an issue but best to be aware.

Overall a nice place to stay. Room was a bit dated, but still comfortable, clean and convenient. Staff was fantastic to deal with!

Basic and clinical feel to the room. We booked a deluxe room but it had one small window in the corner and felt very cold and clinical inside. Room contained none of the nice furnishings and stylings shown in the pictures of deluxe rooms online - very misleading but served it’s purpose for one night

Staff was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was tiny with ugly view. Floor was noisy with people coming and going all night. Upon arrival, a plate of fruit was sent to my room. Upon early checkout, they gave me breakfast to go. Nice gesture. I was there for 1 night. The place served its purpose, but i would not stay in there again because of the neighborhood.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were quiet. Carpets need replacing in hallways which makes the hotel look a bit rundown. Room was a bit dated but overall a good stay.

The hotel and the room were very nice, but the carpets in the corridors were very worn. The hotel is located right on the main road so there is a lot of noise from the traffic. We got a room with a balcony, It was lovely to sit there to eat breakfast, sunbathe and read. There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom when someone else in the hotel showered. They try to fix it and it went away for a while but came back again.

Water in the shower would not drain. The bathroom door and floor in front of the bathroom was messed up due to this. Not sure what it was but my wife woke up with little red bumps on her legs.
