Would not recommend, musty smell though out. Basics were not available, such as coffee bar in am and hair dryer in room.

It just wasn’t to my standard of cleanliness . The bath tub and the shower curtain had hair everywhere , the toilet looked outdated , my son tried to use the pull out sofa and it had stains all over the mattress, the hall way smelt so bad the room smelt bad i had to get spray just to mask the odor . It’s cheaper than most hotels but I don’t think it’s cheap enough.

This property markets a kitchen, with almost no supplies! Staff was indifferent. All the lights were on motion detectors, so if you get up in the middle of the night, the bright lights come on. Bathroom has a cheap plastic shower that leaks all over the floor. Never again!

Visiting for a wedding, stayed 3 nights. The room was bad. Beds were fine, cleaning was not thorough. No sweeping was done under the beds or along the walls. There was exposed wiring below the small dining table. The bathroom door would not shut or lock. Towels were stained either brown or yellowed. No hand towels provided. The toilet was not clean on arrival, nor the shower. 2 of the 6 pillow cases were stained with brown spots. Bedding was clean. No blanket provided though, only 2 sheets. There was black mold at the edge of the tub/shower and the bathroom sink. Elevators smelled of smoke. Smoke stains on the ceiling above the microwave.

I did not like the service, the property was not clean the chairs in the room looked horrible it was dirty and not presentable the chairs are old and used up . No coffee inside the hotel, the checking was not pleasant no courtesy . Check out was ok . I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel overbooked me. That was one thing, however when I arrived at 12:13am, I was told I been contacted “multiple times” by them, just once around 11:40pm. I must have missed that due to the fact I was driving. We had to find another hotel super late and last minute, which of course wasn’t fun. I was told by the girl at the counter that I would recieve a refund and should get it within a few days. It’s been over a month and I have no refund. They hang up on me, make up new rules, and marked it as me cancelling it myself even though when I arrived at the hotel I was told they had canceled it and issued a request for a refund. They are extremely rude and have horrible customer service. I hate bashing customer service workers being one myself, and genuinely never have until now, but I ended up spending over 2** on a room I didn’t even get to stay in. I do not suggest this hotel even slightly, if I could give negative stars I would. Steer clear for your own sake! Much better hotels down the road.

Check in was quick and easy.
Front desk was pleasant and helpful.

However there was no coffee maker, or coffee staion in the building.
No hair dryer, kleenex, bath products, pad/pencil, TV guide.
Equipped with microwave, full refrigerator, dish washer, but no dish soap, one cup, one glass, two spoons, one fork no knife sharp enough to cut my orange.
Office said they no longer provide .
Ragged towel, and ripped shower curtain.
I canceled my second night.

There was no toilet paper- 7-8 pillows had horrible odor. Toilet itself not clean. Only had pot lids, no pots. We had to stop at shop rite to purchase travel size toiletries for restroom. One very small travel size 3 in 1 bath/ shampoo and conditioner was provided for the 4 people staying there.

Clean place where my privacy is hugely respected which is most invaluable to me. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The shower’s water pressure is a disgrace but you get what you pay for and it’s a fair trade for my solitude. I could do without all the dogs and the dog smell that is when the air conditioner kicks on. Overall a good spot for the price.

The area and condition of the property was very nice and seemed well-cared for. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. We were extremely disappointed in our first room. It reeked of animal odors and when we reported it, we were handed a can of Lysol and told there was nothing else they could do that night but would take care of it the next day. Having arrived late due to a flight delay and being unfamiliar with the area, we were unable to find a different hotel. When we returned for our second night and noticed the room was still in the same condition, we were given a different room upon our request.

It’s clean an safe, but I had to pay full price for 3 days in a room with a non working microwave. No discount or other room was offered at all. Other than that nice property very clean, dishwashers and big refrigerators. Friendly staff.

This is not your typical hotel. Your room will not be serviced, you have to take out your own garbage, if you need supplies you'll need to go to the front desk for toilet tissue and soap. Also, people do hang/loiter out outside and in the lobby.
I did like that there was a kitchen and that it was pet friendly. However my room was filthy! I had to wipe down everything including the walls, doors, floors, bed, TV, everything single thing had to be wiped down as it was disgusting.
I did speak with management after I checked out and they informed me that they were addressing the concerns with the staff and looking to make changes. I appreciate that and hope they do as this can be a really nice place.

I had about 10 staff members staying there for a large event in Philadelphia. They had to come and go at all hours. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and even provided us with a contact for a mobile car/bus washer! (I had about 15 vehicles to be washed each night). They made our stay much more friendly and relaxing. My team would be happy to stay there again.

The lady at the front desk was straight from the hood and was nasty and disrespectful. She seems to be very insensitive to the needs of guest. She’s clearly there just for a check. Not sure how much she gets paid, but I’m certain that she’s being overpaid for what she’s actually worth.
