My only complaint was that the bottom of the shower was curved which made stepping in and out pretty slippery. I had to make sure that I had a firm grip on the bar.

Loves the size of the rooms and the fact it was pet friendly with a fair bit of green space to walk the dogs, pet waste disposal stations and very good condition of property and efficient staff. What was not so good? Well on the Saturday of pour stay, the hotel was full and had some sort of athletic team of young women, The ceiling transmitted a lot of noise from the room above us and was very annoying. Also, of the two pet waste stations, one had no bags and the other was overflowing with waste bags so that could be improved upon. It's a lovely hotel and great location with an above average breakfast. My only other gripe is that the coffee is seriously pretty awful especially if you are used to the Wst Coast coffee culture.

The hotel room was clean and all staff were excellent. They were all nice and very helpful. Breakfast was great.

The bathtub was completely unsafe. I slipped and almost fall and my daughter did fall because of the same reason, too slippery and not even. I reported the unsafe situation and the accident and the only thing they said was that they were going to let maintenance know about the situation. The manager didn't even ask if my daughter was OK. When I checked out, the same manager don't even bother to ask how was my stay. The worst hotel I have ever been in my life.

I wouldn't stay here again. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was not the one I reserved, the room had broken floor tiles, oil leaking out of door close assist, dirty walls with some kind of brown and red splatter, the bed was uncomfortable and had dirty sheets, the free breakfast was terrible. The food was burnt and the bread was hard.

The room was really spacious and the facility was clean. Didn’t care too much for the breakfast the sausage biscuits was too hard but other than that I will stay again when I come back to visit.

highly recommend this hotel. the hotel room and common areas were exceptionally clean and very well maintained. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. the location of this hotel is very good, close to major highways, shopping, restaurants and gas stations.

The only issue was there was no hair conditioner in the dispenser. It was totally empty. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Very noisy on floor above room , jumping around until 11:30 pm , coffee pot did Not work in room, pool was very cloudy and sadly breakfast bar was not at all like described, bed was comfortable

Possibly the best hotel stay I have ever had. The staff was incredible! But to single one person out Annette was an absolute blessing in the mornings with her positive attitude!

Overall nice hotel in great location for travelers. Accommodative rooms for longer stays. We did wake up to a large dog barking at about 6 AM, but I guess everywhere allows dogs these days. Free breakfast was not good.
