Complimentary breakfast

Room stayed cold due to the heat didn’t work. My room was cleaned only once and they didn’t do a great job. I asked for fresh sheets and they didn’t change my sheets. We shouldn’t have to ask for our room cleaned especially when the services states your room will be cleaned every 3rd day!

Check in person was very rude. Tv remote was taped together only got one channel(the weather channel) reported it guy came to roo. Tried remote and said there's nothing I can do. Beds were uncomfortable. Room was outdated

Staff was nice. Cookies were goid.

Not cleaned well. Breakfast only had waffles and biscuit and gravy for hot food. Not much water pressure in shower.

Size of the room

Room floor was sticky, dirty. Dirty chair. Tv didnt work. Hotel ran out of clean towels and no extra pillows. Walking into the lobby was uncomfortable with the whole family of the hotel owners sitting there like we were walking into their personal living room. Wont stay there again

Good location close to shopping and restaurants

We ended up checking out after one night here. The whole experience was disappointing. No hot water in the room, a television with a poor video image, wet floors when we first walked into the Room, Hallway and stairs that were filthy, dirt on the floors, filthy handrails. The toilet sounded like it was going to explode every time we flushed it. The walls had questionable brown spots on them. Everything seemed cobbled together from here and there, the door to the room did not close fully. Also burned out light bulbs in the room. For the price we were charged for these accommodations, we were grossly overcharged. We responded to the survey with our concerns but there was zero follow up. We also told the front desk of our concerns after checking out early, his response was "Have a better day" - as if we as the guests, were the ones that had a problem. So terrible customer service as well.

I like how spacious the room was, and the bed was very comfortable. We came all away from last vegas. And the staff was so welcoming.

My only issue was the bathroom curtains had a little red stain which i dont what it was. But other than that it was decent stay.
