I just have one thing to say about Conrad - They personify luxury and comfort! My stays at this hotel are always phenomenally memorable.

A wonderful hotel. Very clean, great food, excellent swimming pool. The operations manager Arindam is a problem solver. He helped me with an issue i was having outside of the hotel, he did not have to but was very kind and fixed my problem. Staff are very friendly. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

Its in a good location, just about 10 mins from Commercial street and Brigade Road. MG road just behind. Staff are very friendly and helpful. John and his colleagues were very helpful and friendly. Any question you ask its a YES. Breakfast is amazing, a huge variety as well. Keep up the good work.

We are from FL, USA. Grew up in Bangalore. Stayed there for two weeks with my wife. Nice and clean property. Overall was good. Close to most commercial areas. Staff was good some were excellent except for Harish Chauhan at the entrance of buffet breakfast who should not be at a “5 star” restaurant especially not working with the guests. Last year stayed at Leela palace. This visit it was not available for two weeks. Except for the bad experience with this guy, I would definitely consider staying again at this hotel next year.

this has perhaps the worst experience i have had in a 5 star in India , it was shocking to see the staff shabbily presented , rude , the coffee shop was actually dirty , food at the buffet was cold and stale, the staff hygiene was bad , and they had no manners ! the room floor was damp , towels damp , the heater pot did not work , the lobbly was filled with noisy guest ordering take away it is surprising that the senior management could see all this but did not care .

Great assistance and customer service from staff. Quick check-in/check-out process. The breakfast buffet has a great selection and very fresh. Great restaurants available within the hotel too! Location is good. 10mins walk to Brigade Road and Church Street. Will definitely be back!

Loved our stay. Staff is amazing and go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. My only beef - have charging stations on your seating areas.

We stayed at this property for 3nights in their Executive Suite. The overall service was average but the most disappointing part was housekeeping. In spite of us staying in a suite, they did not bother cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Even after we made a complaint it did not make any difference. Housekeeping staff is in such a hurry that one of the days they left fresh hand and face towels in the bathroom sink. Breakfast at this property is good but in- room dining is not that great and the food at their restaurant next to the pool is average. The service at this restaurant is terrible. Even at check out we were not even asked once if our stay was comfortable. Overall, would not recommend this property especially when you have other big brands of hotels right next to it. If this is the service provided at an executive suite I wonder what would it be like staying at one of their entry level rooms.

The room was too small, no snacks, no items were placed in the minibar, spread of BF/dinner was excellent.

Checkin was delayed as room was not ready, waited almost an hour ,got complimentary access to lounge with snacks and coffee Room was ok, toilet was not clean,visible stains .. the flush water was yellowish with lots of dust coming on each flush, dust issue got rectified but water was still yellowish. Food was ok. Variety of items available, but could not say that anything was awesome. Vallet parking, when I got the car back, CO driver seat was inclined .. also door light was turned off..that was very clear that someone was resting in that .

The room wasn’t prepared yet when I arrived at 6:30 pm . So I had to wait for more 30min for check in .And Even though I booked Spa . The masseuse didnt arrived in the hotel . So I was waiting for 30min again . But Tiamo was very good and every food was excellent .

The safety protocol was excellent, and well executed.
