The kitchen was very dirty when we arrived. Food crumbs on the floor stains on the wall. I had to clean it before unpacking anything. This was odd as the rest of the apartment was pretty clean. It was disappointing as I had requested that everything be checked for cleanliness before I arrived as I had noticed a few reviews regarding the cleanliness. Beyond this we had a great time and the apartment was great. Although the kitchen is dated and worn, cupboard doors are old and rickety and are well past needing replacing.

Our 5th time staying here. Love the three bedroom apartments, so spacious and comfortable with great views. Perfect location for exploring the city with friends.

Great place to stay for our family. Wonderful views. Easy to walk around Sydney. However, out of 4 people using the pool, three got a rash.

Happy with the property, centrally located, great view, only pity is the hotel don’t provide daily housekeeping and for the price, this is a little unacceptable.

This is the second part of my stay in the hotel (which I paid similar price) but was given a smaller room - smaller kitchen, smaller bathroom (one bathroom has no glass wall for the shower, the whole bathroom floor was wet) than the first period stay.
Similar issue on long waiting time for lift service during morning check-out time. Waiting for 10-20 minutes was normal!

Location is good, check-in efficient, fantastic view as we have a 65th floor room. But due to holiday season, room service is not available!
Worst is the lift service which initially is good in assigning lift to avoid multiple stoppings. However around 10am everyday when a lot of people checking out, lift service was chaotic. We have few occasions to have to wait for 10-12 minutes to get into a lift, causing us to miss our pick up.

Amazing apartment in a very central location for a girls weekend away. Walking distance to everywhere we needed and the 3BD apartment had the most stunning views, we didn’t want to leave. All staff were lovely. Only downside to our stay is that the kitchen had not been cleaned very well, lots of cooking splatters on splashback, cupboard doors and walls, made it feel a bit greasy, but we weren’t there to cook so didn’t really bother our stay.

All staff were very welcoming. The 2 bed apartment was very clean & large beds extremely comfortable. Loved looking out of the windows over to Darling Harbour.
Location is very good too - near to train ; buses and tram. Would definitely stay again.

Good communication throughout. Views were stunning. Lifts were fast and although we sometimes had to wait for up to a minute for them to arrive, the system was clear and it was good to get an ETA on the wait time.

Service was pretty average as was the room for the premium we paid. No towels in the bathroom, had to call to get some and both toilets ran almost constantly. Given that we couldn't check in until after 3pm i would expect everything to be immaculate. Overall a nice room and great location but not even close to being "luxury".

Our family of 4 staying in this place for 2 nights. At first it was very difficult to find the parking location but the hotel staff was very nice teaching us how to get to the parking place. No breakfast included but we enjoyed using their in room facilities making our breakfast and dinner. Excellent view from 74th floor from our room and we had such a nice view seeing even the ocean side in sunny day!

Really great hotel! So clean and the rooms was amazing! We got three bedroom for my sisters bday weekend. It was a great stay! The beds were comfy and layout of apartment was spacious. The views were beautiful!

This facility and rooms are very dated. The bathrooms are moldy, probably because there's no ventilation. The showerhead was leaking from the seams, spilling from the side instead of forward.
Worst of all, one elevator was broken leaving what seems like only 1 working elevator. There's always a long wait, especially on the weekend where people seems to come here for bachelorette parties and the like.

Spacious three-bedroom apartment. So much room to move. Large kitchen, large lounge, with great views. Loved the location with so many food options just downstairs. Would definitely stay again.

Overall Impressed by the standard of the apartment. Large, common area very clean. and view from all rooms amazing, especially at night with all the city lights lit up, very pretty.
Only feedback would be kitchen was a bit grimy, dirty finger prints on cupboards and the cooktop was greasy and unclean. Bathrooms could do right a re-grout to freshen up.
