This is perfect hotel for tourist bcos’ it is convenient for transportation, dining and attraction.

Hotel very crowded during weekend. Long waiting times for elevator. Location very central. A lot restaurants,bars,streetfood around.To Haeundae beach just some minutes to walk. Superior room was small and looked very used.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds and a great location close to the subway and Haeundae beach. I would stay here again.

Very reasonably priced room for its great location right at the famed Haeundae beach (about 5min walk away). The area it was in had lots of shops and food options right next to it, including lots of convenience stores. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and reasonably sized for the price. The staff were also very helpful (in English) with various things, holding our bags in storage both before and after check in.

The place is easy access to restaurants, beach and public transportation. We stayed here for three nights and love this place.

Great location near beach and subway. Coin laundromat was convenient. The only downside is the small room size that is different from the pictures in the listing.

Gym needs an upgrade and better maintenance and more equipment. Gym sweat towels had bad smells due to humidity in the room.

The cleanliness of the room was terrible with hair from previous guest stuck on new towels and fungus on shower booth door. Was extremely dissappointed by the overall experience and probably would not want to revisit.

Recommend this. Metro, shopping and bars on your doorstep. Few blocks to the beach. Rooms were clean and spacious but basic and dull. Could do with a colour! Carpets need changing. Service was fine.

Other than the late check-in time (1500 hrs.) and the distance to the smoking area (outside), my friends and I enjoyed our stay.

Great location, hospitality and they offer a free parking service. Affordable price is a plus

Very nice, refreshing stay. The room was exactly as advertised, the staff were very accomodating and informative. The breakfast buffet was less than satisfactory but given the business of the season and pandemic conditions, it was understandable.

Stayed here for 2 days and Most of service cleanliness and experience was good. Except I had a hard time taking elevator around the check out and check in time, it took us to wait around 15min to take the elevator.

The property is in a good location for the Haeundae Beach walking area. Near many of the reasons that you would go to the beach (restaurants, Open air markets, clubs, bars, general entertainment, etc.) What was disappointing about the property was in a few areas. 1) Room climate control is centralized so rooms could be in full heating when you need cooling. Room was 80 degrees and climbing. Hotels solution was to bring a fan. 2) Hotel staff not knowledgeable on hotel room amenities such as which sockets provide 110V. Staff advised Wife to plug in 110V baby bottle warmer into 220v socket- I was able to catch this in time.

Favorite part of the stay was that the rooms were really comfortable and clean. I did not like that there we were placed on the side with construction that was really loud and a bad view.

The 2 things that were very disappointing is the shower and parking. Shower hot water doesn’t seem to be all that hot and in this cold weather, it just doesn’t want to make u take showers because the water isn’t that hot. To take your car out the valet parking is a massive pain. One car at a time and people are waiting for them one by one. Just gets frustrating.

There was a heavy urine smell a around the toilet. The shower room’s door did not shut fully.

A two-night stay in the city where I live as relatives were staying at my place. The corner suite was nice and the bed comfy, but attention to detail re housekeeping was not up to par. There was a long hair on the coffee table, a torn wrapper peeking out from under a nightstand, and soap not washed from a bathroom tray. This property sits on the Haeundae Strip, a very popular tourist area in Busan. The nightlife can be active and noisy so if that is a concern re sleeping, simply ask for a room that doesn't face the Strip. The location means quick access to numerous restaurants, bars, convenience stores, the Metro and bus lines, and best of all, Haeundae Beach. Despite the housekeeping issues, I would DEFINITELY stay at this property again and would recommend it to others.
