I like that the hotel is in a convenient location. But the cleanness need major improvement.

Great area to walk around Ciudad Colonial. Around the corner of the hotel theres a walking street with a lot of shops and restaurant and Parque Colón. A lot of tourist actives to do in the area. The only complaint I have is that didn't have batteries for my safe. I asked for them but didn't receive any :(. But otherwise great experience.

First of all I would like to thank to all hotel crew , and front desk agents for made our stay the way nicer and better.They were so kind, they all reserves to work in better hotel and under better hotel management. All I can say about this Hotel management, they need to improve their room conditions and especially toilet and bathroom. ( ASAP!) if they read this comment they could fine what happened during our stay and again Thank you to all hotel crew.

location to historic sites is excellent. A lot of good dining options. Uber rides are cheap and reliable.
Comfortable room. The breakfast buffet helps if you are in a hurry but, there are a lot of better and cheaper dining options around the hotel.

The location is great, and the street on which this hotel is very busy, so I felt safe at night. The only negative is sometimes you hear music as cars go by, but it quietens down pretty well.
The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean. But the location is the best!!!

I had accidentally booked this place, and once I made the mistake (within 10 min)--I had tried to cancel...and they wouldn't let me.
So I'll never stay at this place, and I'm about to stop using THIS Hotel.com app

I did not like the accommodations, their was noises coming from one of the vents in the room. When i asked if they could fix the problem they said no. I could either sleep with the noise or occupy a flooded room. This hotel should no care in accommodating me as a guest. I was very unhappy with the stay. Wish you a better experience.

The location is great but they do not have any parking. Also, the tv and the small refrigerator were not working. The staff was great.

My mom loved the hotel, the staff was very friendly and proffesional, the check in was smooth and the room was good. The only thing was thay the carpets don't smell too good. But good overall, will have it as my go to!

The bed metal frame broke up the second day,the sink botton cap was broken and the water take a long time to go down,they told me it will be fix,it never happen.The shower handler was loose,The breaksfast is excelent.

The hotel was perfectly located to nearby restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Room was very clean, however the a/c needs to blow more colder and it would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

Room was small and difficult to get to in a cramped corner of the floor. Seems that it was because I paid for the room through Expedia. Seems to be a theme services like Expedia results in rooms with bad views, noisy areas like next to an elevator. Toilet seat would stay up. Room was nothing like pictures. Smaller than a NY hotel room.
