Nasty. Pool was not even filled . Thats why we chose Hampton was for the pool and cleanliness . Absolutely the worst Hampton Inn that we have ever stayed in . Never again !!

I don't know when this place was built but it appears BRAND NEW! What a clean and well maintained hotel.

Landscape was not kept up with trash. Was overflowing

Breakfast was great. Customer service was really good. Pool was dry, so the kids were disappointed.

Property is right off interstate but quiet. This Tim the young woman at the desk was not courteous, when she was looking for my reservation she said, “Name”, did not recognize me as a Hilton Honors member, did not offer water and did not mention breakfast. It was quite a change from the person at the desk when I stayed there a little over a week ago and who was gracious.

The hotel was clean and comfortable including common areas. It was in a safe part of town and easily accessible from interstate. The breakfast was above average and the staff was friendly and gracious. I will stay here again.

Check in was easy. There were ample luggage carts. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a nice variety of breakfast choices. Getting back in I 40 was a breeze.

It was really nice to be and I even had pets. Everyone was fabulous here

This property could be better if it would just tighten up on the details. This makes me think it’s poorly managed. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: Our room is spacious and well laid out. The bathroom is stocked with all the things you’d expect. The bed was comfortable .The breakfast was good. The fitness room is big - 3 treadmills, an elliptical, free weights, medicine balls, etc. the staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: The hotel is dirty in the common areas. The floor is dirty, the garbage can in the women’s bathroom is over flowing, the fitness room had no clean towels, the water was empty, the garbage was over flowing. The fitness room also didn’t have anything to clean the machines (the dispenser was empty), so there was dried sweat visible on machines. Perhaps the biggest annoyance was that I needed to do laundry and the washing machine was broken. I was sent to an adjacent hotel owned by the same company…big inconvenience! Overall, the stay was decent because our room had a comfortable bed and the room was spacious. Other than that, this hotel suffers from a death by a thousand paper cuts. The management really needs to tighten up its operation. The lack of cleanliness in the common areas is really unacceptable for a Hampton. Get the washing machine fixed!

Secretary was nice. Room was big and high ceiling. Loved our stay here. Was very clean as well.

The desk registration person was very pleasant and helpful with suggestions for dinner that evening.

We love staying at Hampton. The breakfast and staff were amazing. The one thing I learned this trip was they have rooms for pets. The room we got this time smelled like a wet dog. I thought at first it was just musty but I was incorrect. So we don’t have animals but we were put in a pet room. I will ask from now on. Other than that it was a great Hampton once again!

Staff at checkin was preoccupied with her tablet. Breakfast cook was very attentive.

Close to interstate. Share a parking lot with holiday inn so there was a lot of traffic in the parking area.

due to no fault of the hotel staff, the check in was delayed caused by their computer system being down. the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating in getting through the delay.

The bathroom floor had long black hairs everywhere. It was obvious that it had not been swept prior to us entering the room. The sink, bathtub and toilet had a few of the long black hairs also. I immediately checked the beds and they were clean so we just put towels down on the bathroom floor to cover the hairs, wiped the sink, bathtub and toilet, changed clothes and went to bed.

Great location to the Smokies and Asheville.

Hotel clerk could not find my hotel reservation. Took over 30 minutes to check because the clerk said I did not have a reservation. Showed the clerk the confirmation email from Hotels.com and the clerk not good enough. Hotel needs to fix it ability to find reservations from third party web sites.

Room was relatively clean in general. Looked like they had done a renovation in last 5 years or so, but cut corners, so vents, fixtures, tile, etc. we’re original and it showed. Area is a bit sketchy, but plenty of dining options. There is a very low end hotel right behind the hotel, so rooms on back of building looked right at it, not ideal.

Quiet and close to interstate.

Everything was great, clean and the receptionist was super friendly and nice.

We were placed in a room that stunk of either mildew or mold. I will be complaining about this on social media, to warn others about its condition. I could barely get to sleep due to the stink.

Nice rooms

The hotel front desk guy was supposedly adding military discount for the room but instead did a whole different reservation under a different person with the same name as me and different address and it actually cost me more than what I paid!!!

My stay was amazing but my experience with Hotels.com was not. The email I received had NO confirmation number and Hotels.com will not talk to you without a confirmation number. The reservation was not showing in the hotel computer. The front desk clerk was extremely kind, helpful, and finally got it straightened out.
