Clean resort, nice location outside El nido madness
Some room of improvements for some amenities (wood floor tiles a bit old in the rooms, shower water power and water is normally yellowish)

Only stayed for one night after a boat tour, but wish we had longer. Room was gorgeous, so comfortable and great location. A short bike trip outside the main town but still had choice of restaurants right on doorstep.

Our stay was marvelous! Due to some travel issues, we missed a full day at the resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, but they seemed a bit inexperienced. I can’t praise the general manager enough! He’s awesome!! The food that is served the is delicious. There are also other restaurants within walking distance if your tastebuds are craving something else. I definitely want to teturn some day!

Our stay at Mahogany was amazing and better than expected! The staff is super friendly, the food is of the best we've had in El Nido, the location is perfect, away from the crowds of the town and beautiful sunset views. The room was very clean and nicely designed. Worth it!

A lovely beach resort with a lot of lush vegetation and some cozy bungalows. We had a problem with our front door lock and the staff first seemed to have cared very little. The WiFi was of the poorest quality of all 3 resorts we have stayed at during our time in El Nido. The property is surrounded by some great restaurants but the dining options onsite are quite limited. It could do better with a bit more attention to details!

5 night stay. Rooms are clean, but no face cloths. One day returned to find no towels. Towels very worn out. A bit of investment would go a long way.Spa was noisy, no music , not relaxing.waste of money.Breakfast was cold most mornings, but loved coffee press. Caesar salad lacked flavour and dressing , the croutons were like soft bread. My wife could not eat it.Grilled fish is great. Front staff are great.. But the sunsets from the bar are one of the best in El Nido!

The property was beyond my expectations! Super clean! Amazing polite and hard working staff! The rooms were as advertised. The owner is a great guy. Comes out and greets the guests. The general manager is American and provides that 5 star customer service to make you feel at home! Did I mention how clean and beautiful the room/villas were? 5-star in my book!

The bar/restaurant sitting area is great. Beautiful sunset view. Food and drinks are decent. Service is not the most professional but the staff are friendly and kind. The bungalow is private, clean, spacious with a large porch. Wifi is weak sometimes but ok overall.
However the shower is very weak. The towels have stains and holes. The toilet is easily clogged (no, we didn’t do anything drastic). Many leaflets in the room about services that they can charge extra for, but not a single one about how to use the room, wifi or how to use the safe etc.

We stayed here for 3 nights towards the end of November. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that we'd been allocated cottage number 1 which was closest to the beach. The location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning views of the sunsets. We ordered breakfast to our room 2 out of the 3 days which we ate on the terrace, just perfect. The cottage was very clean and the staff were helpful

We loved our private accommodations here at Mahogany Beach! Everything was amazing! Staff was super friendly and nice! Close to town and very quiet and private! Keep in mind there is no tv or gym on property which is the only downfall. Also the town is only a 5 minute tricycle ride.

My friend and I recently stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved Mahogany. Staff were so helpful (booking us boat tours and taxis), food and drinks were excellent and the location was second to none - right on the beach! We will definitely be back!

We had an enjoyable time staying at the Mahogany. It is in a convenient location to town; it wasn't too expensive and its location on the beach is beautiful. Even when there was an issue with our room, they did their best to make it up to us for the inconveniences.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. Quiet but didn’t feel like I was so far away from everything. Any thing I needed the hotel staff took care of. From moped rental to the island your. It was all taken care of at the front desk. Great stay.

The manager, Joseph, was always ready and willing to help us with our stay and travel arrangements. His staff was also professional and very helpful. We found the servers, cleaners, waiters yard crew all very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the room, the grounds, the food and the view of the bay. We did not want to leave.

Overall had a nice time! The staff was friendly and our room was nice and cozy as well as super spacious. It also had the best shower I’ve had so far at the hotels I’ve stayed at. We had our own little porch and were close to the pool and quite close to a beach area. The breakfast was pretty good. My main complaints are the following: the Wi-Fi was quite slow and overall very unreliable, the floors seemed a bit dusty and not as clean, and the electricity randomly went out about 2-3 times overnight (fortunately, it was only for a few minutes each time and the power remained on for the rest of the day.) All the staff members we interacted with were quite friendly and super helpful. I would probably stay here again if I’m back in the area.

Very poor water pressure in the shower.
Set up island hopping through the resort and came to find out that we needed to bring water shoes as it is very rocky in some areas, mask/snorkel which was not told ahead by the resort when asked. We had to take tricycles back and forth on our expense. Food is ok minus.
The good thing was the customer service from the front desk guy. He was very nice.

After 8 days in El Nido visiting a few hotels, this place is by far the best. Excellent service, peaceful, quiet (day and night) and really comfortable mattresses. I highly recommend.

Angelyn who was in the front desk helped us a lot w/ info in tours, transportation to the beaches. The breakfast was not included, but very cheap.
If you want a taste of Filipino breakfast, try something new everyday. The staff were all very helpful and friendly! I would recommend this place- has good view of sunset!
