This place has a telephone system that doesn't get answered by a humanoid, no matter what extension you try. Don't try get in touch with them. It advertises a shuttle service that either is non existent or non functioning. The front desk staff is surly and inefficient, and the rooms, while relatively clean, stink of some chemical and are otherwise no great thing. The hotel has no heating, and the blankets don't keep you warm, so take plenty of warm pajamas for those chilly Bogota nights. The best moment of my stay at this joint was the moment I left it

I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is close to the airport and well appointed with a gym, jacuzzi and sauna. The free breakfast options were ample. The lobby has an elegant water feature. We were able to book a week with an average nightly rate of $58 per night for two beds. The only reason that I had to slightly mark down the service score was because our rooms would automatically drop from 22 C to 16-17 C, which would be uncomfortable after returning from a night of Bogota showers.

The stay was short because I was traveling to the USA the next day. The hotel is magnificent, the food is delicious. The rooms are beautiful, the beds and towels are super soft. If you need help, they are quick to respond to your needs.

Convenient for the airport, although the shuttle bus only comes once an hour. Leaves the hotel on the hour and takes about 10-15 mins. To get the shuttle bus, head up to the departures floor and look for the exit with the other hotel clipboards (although Hilton doesn't have a representative). Would expect that the shuttle leaves the airport at about 15 mins past the hour.
Hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was acceptable, not great but nothing wrong with it. Convenience store right by the hotel.
Our room had a sensor clicking every 5-10 minutes which was annoying but we were tired from the flight so managed to sleep through it.
Overall good option for a layover, not suitable as a base for exploring Bogotá.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was ever trying to please, restaurant was very good, room service was recently fast. The only issue I had was that the toilet didn’t flush very well.

The stay was good. The problem is before my stay I tried to reach someone from the establissement to discuss about my reservation. I was unable to speak with somebody so I left messages on the voice mail of the front desk and nobody ever call me back. Poor customer service

The check in process was very slow. upon arrival there were two guest agents behind the counter but only one was helping check in.
The room was just ok the AC didn't work.
Breakfast had options but it was difficult to get service from the breakfast staff.

The shuttle service is below standard. It goes only 1 time per hour and when there is much traffic at the airport the shuttle does not stop at all.
We had to wait 1,5 hours and then took a taxi to hotel.
Reception was also not very friendly.
If you want a hotel with a more frequent shuttle service choose Habitel or Movich. They go 2 times per hour.
