This was the most perfect stay. Had the most peaceful evening with two friends. The restaurant was so good, happy hour deals were great. The room was immaculate highly recommend staying here

Friendly staff, clean and quiet.

This perfectly located low key clean property is perfect. If you have visitors from out of town or just want a quick getaway in a clean well located place - Hampton Maid is perfect. I w never stayed in a cleaner place with better service.

The cottage feel of this hotel was so cozy. People sitting on their front decks while the children play in the courtyard. Quiet and one of a kind! Great for families or couples.

This resort is a gem and central to everything! Super clean, quaint and cozy. Feels like we’re in England. Love the cute patio outside each room. The restaurant on the property was AMAZING! The tapas and wines was absolutely authentic. It brought us back to Spain. Highly recommend this resort!

The photos do not represent current condition of property, which is old and a bit dated. There was a strange smell to the rooms—musty. The bed linens were clean, but everything else felt too old to want to use. Breakfast started at 8, so we couldn’t eat, as that was too late for us. And they could not provide us with a receipt for our stay.

The property is well kept and beautiful. I will definitely come back.

Great place to stay while visiting the Hamptons. Very clean and comfortable beds. There’s a nice gift shop and restaurant. We had breakfast there which was excellent. Would love to return in the summer and use the pool.

I always love staying at the Hampton Maid. You know the staff is wonderful clean rooms the food is excellent. I don't have any negative things to say. Can't wait to go back.

Very rustic beautiful property great staff will definitely go back again

We were at the Hampton Maid Motel for one short night but would definitely come again when in the area. It was updated, comfortable, clean, and property had a very relaxing vibe. Loved the accessibility to an outdoor patio.

The rooms are beautiful with a deck facing the pool. Very comfortable bed. Staff is friendly. We'll be back.

This hotel is AMAZING! From the rooms to the restaurant to the friendly staff. I can not say enough good things about this place!

I don't know where to start. I booked this place as a night away for myself to relax. I didn't have any expectations. As soon as I walked into the reception and was greeted with a huge smile I knew I was onto something good. It's not glam but EVERYTHING you would need in a hamptons night away. It's not pretentious but still has a "hamptons vibe". It took 10 mins to drive into Southampton. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. Very well decorated. They have a K Cup machine. There is a huge grassy area with a corn hall area and a playground for children. The pool area is clean and enough beds for all with a bonus of towels. The restaurant and bar are bright and airy and the margarita is as made to perfection. The chef came out while I was there and was so smiley and friendly. I seriously can't think of a better place to stay in the Hamptons, than the Hampton Maid Motel. Make you reservations now. The staff from front desk to chef were all straight to greet me. Not sure I would stay anywhere else.

I have stayed here before and I can't say enough nice things about the Hampton Maid. It is charming , clean and this family run business has much to offer. Wouldn't want to stay at another place in the area .Can't wait to go back.

We’ve stayed at the Hampton Maid twice before. They have made some beautiful upgrades to the rooms. The staff is lovely. The grounds are just beautiful. My husband and I would just sit outside once the kids were asleep and listen to summer night sounds. Recommend this location. We will be coming back for many years to come.

Nice clean updated room with a legendary excellent breakfast restaurant. A bit pricey for breakfast but excellent!

I loved my 2-nighr stay at Hampton Maid. The hotel located in a nice area with lots of greanery around. Beautiful view from the patio/balcony. Very comfy beds, clean rooms. Drinking water is complimentary.
