The shared bathrooms were not clean, especially the walls and the shared shower had no hook to hang clean clothes or a towel. The room was hot but you couldn’t keep the window open both due to noise and smoking but also I was on a fire escape and anyone could have come inside. Wifi cut out every 5 minutes. Would not stay here again and I had to extend my time in Frankfurt by a night and stayed for the same price down the street in a much nicer and cleaner place.

Really good budget hotel , could stand a "freshing up ( paint , upgrade in lighting, decor). Great location ,friendly staff. Shared toilet/ shower very clean. Small but comfortable bed.

Definitely not what is shown in the pictures. I would look elsewhere.

Very dirty

No ac they had mobile small fans in the rooms which was surprising to me. The pics they post is nothing what the rooms look like. It is smelly. Definitely not worth the price a night. Definitely wont stay there again even for a night.

All the bedding was stained. Put clean sheets on top. Holes in wardrobe n walls. No screen in shower. Main door to room falling off hinges. Towels not full-size. EXTREMELY noisy area. Early morning n late at night lots of ppl yelling. No lift so have to carry luggage up steep stairs. Can walk from Hauptbahnhof- it’s one redeeming value

No luggage storage and room cleaning. I was told it would cost 10 euros to store my luggage.

Not like the photo. Looks and feels like the creepy motel in horror movies.

the location next to train station on foot. what i did not like ,the lack of tools and services,add to that ,the nose .

My room had mous and I couldn’t slept at night because of that

I had to walk up 4 flights of narrow stairs with a full suitcase and carry-on. There is no phone in the room and therefore no contact with the front desk. The hotel door is locked at Midnight or thereabouts and a man sleeping in a chair in the entrance hall (not a lobby) has to wake up to let you in. Of course there are no hair dryers and the washroom and shower are shared with 4 other rooms. Remember Germany is pot friendly and this 'hotel' is one block from the red light district. Area is full of rough-looking characters who may not be able to speak English. Not a very clean area. One of very few hotels who provide you with an actual key to access your room.

The hotel was terrible. A big crack in the door so you could see the corridor when door was shut. Full of fungus in the ceiling in the bathroom. The hole corner was black. No bedside lamp . Only one in the ceiling which missed two bulbs out of four. Full of staines on the walls. Smell of butterfried food in the room. Only thing positive was that one could open the window and get air. Location was the worst since all the drug addicts live on the street right outside. No elevator and my room on the fourth floor. Absolutely horrible. Never again.

No elevator. Room on 6th floor. Door wouldn’t lock. Shared toilet and shower with 4 other rooms. No air conditioning control. Super scary for $100. We left for the holiday inn.

Needed a place close to the train station. Made the decision based on free cancellation, price, description and photos. The room was much darker than the photos, no side table lamps, TV broken, curtains hanging by a thread, hand held shower head did not fit the holder - had to take a 1 handed shower. No phone in the room. Door did not shut properly - had to push a chair against it to stop it from constantly rattling. Main fault - no lift (elevator) for 6 floors! Description listed on Hotels.com is incorrect - no bar or restaurant. It was not non-smoking. Smelled smoke and saw cigarette butts on the stairs. Staff was nice, bed was comfortable.

This was the worst stay in Frankfurt i ever experienced. there are many stairs to climb. I took a pic of everything If you book with or without room service, they offer to change your sheets every 3 days. (That was the duration of my stay) If you dont ask for fresh towels, there will be none offered. If you book a room for 2 they will leave only 1 big and 2 small towels in the room. The sheets, the curtains had stains. The mattress did not have any protecting sheet and it had stains and hairs. The floor had footprints and had black dirtspots everywhere. The table was a mess. It had dust and some weird spots. Looked like someone climbed on it wearing construction site shoes. The bed was so low, the mattress was very thin. There was no AC, only small ventilators that could not help since they were choked in dust. The mirror was barely clean. The room itself looks nothing like the picture. You will expect the walls to be white. Not only are they not, but they are really dirty. The furniture was barely standing. Disappointed! After the first night im this horrible room, I went to speak to the front desk. We did not complain the first night cuz we checked in late and were lazy to go down three floors. The front desk was so uninterested. Why would they ask me: „Ok. So was sollen wir den machen?“ So only when i demanded they give us a new room, they did that. And this room was somewhat better,Yet hygiene is a big problem. I am very upset

Great location, close to the public transport, nice staff but the amenities are limited and property condition is ok. A bit small room but worth the price.

This hotel should have a "do not resuscitate" order on it. We paid over £1000 because it was exhibition week in Frankfurt. There's no entrance lobby, no breakfast, door didn't close properly, heating didn't work, lights were broken. Don't stay here

Wrong on every level it’s not a hotel it’s a dirty red light district hostel with zero amenities. Total rip off as it was exhibition week.

Everything is terrible. Shared shower and toilet without sink. Need to wash hands in the rooms! Definitely will not stay here again!

Very close to the main train station. Right in the pub area and quite lovely environment.
