Only thing that we are upset about is the parking fee. We took uber there so we had no parking so why the fee it was never told to us we just got the reciept and noticed it

We reserved a room in November of 2023 for August 24, 2024 for Kenny Chesney’s concert. The day of the concert we checked in around 10am knowing we would not get to our room until after the concert. We were told everything was good, we’ll call you when your room is ready. We arrived about 1:30am after the concert and we were told “we have bad news”. They had no rooms even though we reserved months ahead and checked in that morning. Oh, they got us a room at another place 20 miles away. Seriously! You gave our room away and didn't care less. Poor customer service!

Stayed here for a concert at Gillette. Very nice and convenient. Uber to and from stadium with ease. Room was very spacious and clean.

We had a free breakfast card to be used in the coffee shop area. We stood there for 2-3 minutes before being acknowledged. The woman who helped us never looked at us. Honestly the 2 employers were extremely rude and unprofessional. They seemed like they were overwhelmed even though we were the only ones there. Did not know how to speak with courtesy to the public. Our room had the ceiling spackled in the bathroom. No sanding or painting on top of spackle. The shower didn’t work properly and constantly dripped water. The guests above us were loud at 1am. I would not stay at this Marriott again. This hotel needs a refresh.

We requested a cot upon arrival because we were told our room had a couch bed. It did not. The cot never arrived. We asked 5 more times and they never brought it. At 2am we asked again as we were getting tired. They said they would bring it up. At 2:30 am i went to my pick up and took outcthe air mattress for the bed of my truck and carried it to our room. No apologies nothing and they never during our stay provided us with the cot

It was good considering we were still only 20 minutes away from the concert that we went to see, the lady at the front desk that checked me in was great considering we checked in late at midnight.
Great room and it was nice and Cool when we opened the door, the next day breakfast was great and overall, I was just happy with how my stay was and yes, I'd book there again!

The hotel room was extremely orderly, spacious, and clean. The walls are not sound proofed so be aware of noisy guests. The front desk staff were not friendly but were efficient.

We loved our room and the staff were amazing! The man at the front desk when we arrived and checked out was so kind! Loved the bistro staff as well! Bed was comfy and shower was awesome! Our eyes were burning in the hot tub from all the chlorine but we still enjoyed it! Only downfall was the bathroom smelled like sewer! We didn’t mention it when we were there because it was already late and we were tired from a long day! Plus every staff member was so kind and accommodating! Enjoyed dinner at Not Your Average Joe’s nearby and it was delicious! Thank you for giving us a little r&r after a day trip to Six Flags!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for one night while we were there for a family party. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and updated. The bedding was very comfortable including the pillows. The shower was probably one of the best I've had at a hotel- great water pressure which is important to me. The night stay didn't include breakfast but there is a Starbucks in the lobby which offers coffee and breakfast items. At night the lobby was packed with guests enjoying drinks at the bar. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
