Excellent stay with great staff

Kinda small, cozy pkace that fits the bill as a base pkace to sleep the nights for going around town.

It was such a wonderful stay at Swahita Hotel. The staff are all so lovely! Great location. My room was clean and quiet. It’s walkable to amazing restaurants. Would highly recommend!

A quiet and cute hotel that made you feel like you’re away from it all when you’re a street a way from the busy street. The real Bali experience.

Smelly folks

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. The staff made great recommendations and help me to shape my itinerary. The stay was perfect, except maybe the bathrooms could be updated some.

The staff was really kind and thoughful. The swimming pool was cleaned. The bedroom was big and confortable. A little bit expensive. But in spite of that, we recommand it.

Very good staff

Hotel surrounding was very quiet and calm. Hotel staff also very friendly and helpful. They arranged a free surprise birthday decoration in the room with a birthday cake for my daughter and she really surprised with it. Really thankful to the staff for arranging everything with short notice!🙏 The room was spacious but facilities are less comparatively. (No face tissues or disposable slippers) Our bathroom shower water pressure was very low, but it was ok in our friends’ rooms. Breakfast was good, but it is not a buffet, but you have few options to choose from. Overall our stay was nice and recommended to the travellers who prefer quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Friendliness of the staff, going out of their way to help with sightseeing suggestions, meal requests, general friendly disposition and outlook on life.

My stay at Swahita was absolutely amazing. The staff is so incredibly kind and make a point of knowing your name, checking in on your plans and seeing if you need any help. This was so helpful for me, as it’s my first time in Bali and I’m traveling solo. The property is to die for - it’s just SO beautiful and peaceful - the breakfasts are so yummy, and the massages were the best I’ve ever had! I will be sure to stay here again when I come back to Bali. Thank you so much to the Swahita staff for being so helpful and kind :) You all rock!!

Great place and people

I only stayed for one night but it was such a good experience! I arrived after midnight and staff was outside waiting for my arrival. The room and bathroom was big and included little nice amenities. I arrived to a yummy welcome drink and woke up to a delicious breakfast. The location was convenient and walkable to the Saraswati temple which was on my to do list. Highly recommend.

The staff at Swahita Ubud Hotel were the heart of the establishment. Their attentive service and genuine hospitality made every moment feel special. With its beautiful setting, excellent facilities, and outstanding service, it stands out as a jewel.

The property and hotel were very clean and pleasing to the eye . Staff are very reliable ,helpful and knowledgeable of the area . Great place to be and near great restaurants and activities.

Although a slight walk from the restaurants, the property is very comfortable with very friendly staff. The food options are limited, but restaurants are plenty within 5 minutes walk. Loved the stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Staff is quite friendly and kind but the location itself is a bit inside of the street and hard to find for the first time.

Highly recommend this hotel to be a short walk from the North side if Ubud town, a pretty / clean pool, great view out the balcony or terrace, kind helpful staff, and Air conditioner and wifi that work well. My room had a mini-fridge and a desk to work as well. Perfect for longer stays.

It’s a great place. I loved the attention from all the staff specially from the manager. He was super nice, attentive and very professional. The down side of it, it is that they don’t give you wash towels neither hand towels. The breakfast is nice but very limited. Only 5 choices, same choices every single day. There are NOT vegetarian options. Only fruit smoothie, just one kind and maybe waffles. On the other hand, the alley that leads to the hotel is very dark at night. There are lots of pot holes and uneven ground that could easily lead to an accident.

Their service surpassed everywhere. It was immaculate. The standard of the hotel was unexpectedly below my experience. Since his service was so personalized, i cannot complain anymore.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was yummy. The pool was nice. The hotel was clean. 10 stars in our opinion.

Best staff in Bali

I really enjoyed my stay here. The service was amazing. The staff were do polite and very helpful . They check in with me everyday , I traveled solo ! I felt so safe , they would ask what I to do for the day and once I return how my day went . The room was clean , I had a balcony view . The location was in the perfect area . Walking distance to the market , restaurant's even money forest. I would definitely recommend this place and would plan to stay here again .

I loved my stay at Swahita. I was here for a week and I would have extended my stay here gladly! The staff is amazing, so friendly and attentive. They remember your name and your schedule and habits and always make a point to personalize the interaction. The room was great, the bathroom was nice and the balcony views were private. The AC kept the room cool, and the pool was always to perfect temperature. The rooms are not the most sound proof, but it was never an issue at night. Walkable to the center of Ubud and close to many great restaurants, spas, and convenient stores. I felt safe walking home even after dark. Will definitely be back here ! Thank you
