Satisfied with the stay. Good location for customer visits in Auburn Hills area. Room and common areas were bight and clean. Nice large bathroom and shower.
Many USB charging points in the room.
Service in breakfast are was excellent. The lady (May) was very attentive and she kept all the tables clean. Thank you.

A little error was made. I had been in the room for a day and was working at the desk when another renter let herself into the room. She told me that the front desk had assigned her the room and given her a key to it. She apologized and left. I appears to have been resolved.

We were in an overnight stay while attending Sunday Night Football Game. The only negative is that the room had like an onion like odor to it, when first entering it.

I really hate writing reviews but i was very disturbed at waking up and looking at the night stand and finding baby ants (lots),on a empty pie container. I cleaned up the area and still noticed ants before i exited room. I even noticed an ant on pillow. You should spray outside. Another thing is there was no bathroom soap in Dove container in bath or shower. We took a bath with the Dove Shampo.

This is a fairly new location. Rooms were clean. Staff were very nice. Overall quiet and safe area. We even took a long walk from the hotel and felt very safe. Need more restaurants in the area. The continental breakfast was okay. Hot foods beed to ve hotter but overall it was sufficient fir a complimentary meal.

The room was clean the floor was quiet, I went outside at like 2am and it was chill and felt safe. Staff was polite and professional, check in and check out was smooth. Would stay again.

The hotel and everything related to it was perfect, and I do mean perfect. However, the best thing about this property is its staff. Everyone always smiled and asked if they could help in any way. If you just wanted to talk the staff would make you feel at home. It was a joy to stay with these people.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Expedia offered no help, and the resort offered no help when letting them know our room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The bed had a nasty huge stain, the shower had hair in it and residue of products all over. The bathroom floors were disgusting and dirt and other things in every corner of the room.

I must admit that I was surprised at how nice this hotel was. If I am ever in the area overnight again, this will be the first place I check for availability. The staff were super friendly, the breakfast bar was way better than expected (the cinnamon rolls were amazing), and the room was very nice. I was completely satisfied with my stay. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at the Holiday Inn Express! It was clean and bright and we just loved it! The staff was so friendly and upbeat. Next time we have a concert in the area we be staying again!

We arrived and checked into our room. I pulled back the blanket and found that the sheets were dirty. This room was also never vacuumed. They moved us to a second room that was supposed to be clean. This room had Cheetos in the sheets. The housekeepers clean the room but apparently do not change the sheets. I then asked to have someone come change the sheets and was told there was no one on staff to do that, but they could move me a third time after saying to me “maybe this isn’t the hotel for you. We can refund you and you can find something else.” Excuse me? I just want clean sheets!! Finally we got a room that had clean sheets. The entire time, we were lugging our luggage and 3 children all over the hotel. The pool is very small and appears much larger in the photos. I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

Our room was very warm and the air conditioner didn’t work very well. The breakfast wasn’t a good selection and didn’t have many options for me.

I booked 2 rooms at the same time. I called the next day to make sure that the 2 rooms would be next to each other. However, at check-in, not only were the rooms not next to each other, they were on different floors! The lady at the counter was super nice and was working hard to fix the problem, however it took some time so we were not able to get into our room right away. She was able to get our rooms on the same floor, but at opposite ends of the hall. I was traveling with my sister and her 2 young children, so having to go back and forth down the hallway was very inconvenient. Especially giving the fact that I called to make sure that we would be next to each other I was was assured we would.

They are trying to charge us twice for this stay. The hotel does not have the Expedia confirmation number, but the card has been charged twice. One from Expedia and one for them separately. We need this fixed!

The place was dirty my tv in my room didn’t work they include breakfast but it’s no food but gravy biscuits & turkey sausage I still haven’t received my 50$ deposit back either
