Amazing option

Very clean and close to the downtown, walkable to the old town snd train station. The hotel was very well kept and luxurious.

Excellent location with a little bit of separation from the “wild side” train station/redlight district. Transitions to financial district in the other direction. Great restaurant and bar with fine craft drinks. Very helpful front desk. Perfect for tradeshow or other business or vacation travel. Close to river, train station, good restaurants, shopping, etc. Hotel has a personality, unlike the huge corporate chains. Don’t worry about the “boutique” description - place has plenty of amenities in addition to charm. 2nd time there, would not hesitate to go a third time.

Nice clean place. Staff were OK. On a quiet street. Centrally located, but the surrounding neighborhood was abit rough.

It was a good room and uniquely had a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The fitness center left a lot to be desired. The sauna had to be booked in advance.

Stayed at LUME for a recent business trip. Rooms were very comfortable with all amenities your would expect. One serious problem was the reliability of the internet. Intermittent service impacted my ability to take web conference calls

This hotel was so unique that everyone going to Frankfurt should stay here.

Great checkin and lovely room upgrade. Thickest door I’ve ever seen made the sleep great and room quiet.

Location was good. All the places were in walking distance. Breakfast was amazing.

The hotel is superbly located. Really nice. Breakfast great with super staff there. Reception staff can improve on communication between each other.

Staff was excellent. Rooms feel new and fresh. Excellent decor. Nicely appointed bathrooms. Quiet hotel, maybe too quiet for some, but location is excellent.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. From the moment walking in to the moment leaving, the staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Even the smell when you walk into the lobby was luxurious. I look forward to returning each time I visit Frankfurt.

If I could give a 6th star for our experience at this hotel, I would! The staff went above & beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They were very nice & helpful. Additionally, the hotel was very clean & in an excellent location on an 8-minute walk from the Frankfurt HBF & a 10-minute walk to the okd town square.

The hotel was great! It was walkable to many parts of the city. Easy walk to the train station in one direction, or the river and events in the other. Everyone was friendly and inviting and helpful. We had a great stay.

My second time in this hotel - the first stay was in the spring of 2023 - and I had enjoyed it so much, I booked again for December 2023. Although I had booked a deluxe room again, this time around the room allocated was much smaller and some of the amenities were missing (bathrobe, slippers). Had asked for a quiet room (and the room was stated to be noise insulated) but was woken up at 5am each morning by noisy delivery trucks……

Shortage of items at breakfast. Added charge for coffee to my bill AFTER checkout and after agreement NOT to charge. Very dark corridors etc. Staff generally apathetic. Great location, great looking building.

Nice rooms, great service and location

Nice rooms and very comfy beds. Great buffet breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Only complaint was the bar was closed one evening for a private function. Always annoying when you have picked hotels for the amenities offered and then they are not available.

Staff at reception are very friendly and accommodating. Room cleaning services come too early for our preferences and knock on door despite a ‘do not disturb’ notice on door. Room services failed to clean our room or change towels, despite us following their procedure of informing reception we had vacated the room for the day. Breakfast is until 11am on weekends and there is a menu of options to choose from the kitchen but we were told at 10:45 that the kitchen was already closed and we could not have the order we requested, despite being told by another member of staff that the kitchen was open till 11am on weekends. On second day room was cleaned just after we left as again we followed the hotel procedure but it was annoying that we had to check twice it would get done. It’s not the sort of service one expects or needs to check of such a hotel. On the checkout morning again (3 days in a row now) we got a knock on the door from room services!! We informed them we were checking out and could clean the room after we left! When at the reception checking out we were asked to pay €120 for breakfasts taken, which was embarrassing as we had breakfast included and paid for in our bookings. So overall definitely not a 5* service for such a lovely hotel. I can also add that bed linens were not changed at all during our stay nor were they checked if they were or were not clean. Uber taxis cannot find the hotel at all, but that’s not the fault of the hotel so do not use Uber there.

Overall very nice room. Hot water was an issue, very spotty.room was cool, could not get it warmer. Bar closed one night for private function. Amenities listed says there is a bar

Nothing to do at property. No American tv channels

I was here for 5 nights and the staff was friendly and responsive. Laundry service was timely and well done. The location is less than 10 Minutes from 2 train stations and moments from several good restaurants.

This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The room has a great design and a comfortable bed. It is a Marriott hotel and is a bit expensive but worth it. It is within walking distance of the main train station and the old town. The breakfast is good but a little expensive. Overall we had a great stay here.

Great hotel in great location. Close enough to walk from train station, close enough to walk to all the sites, shopping, restaurants, opera and churches. Only a 15-20 minute car ride to the airport. Good breakfast, great rooms but gym is lacking free weights. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a beautiful building, waking distance to main train station and old city. Would stay again.

Amazing hotel and staff. Only issue a lot of druggies next door

Beautiful hotel, in a nice quiet area but all shopping and restaurants within an easy walk. The rooms were beautifully decorated. Receptionists were extremely polite and kind.

Very nice hotel in a quiet street although near to good restaurants and short walk to the old town, Main Tower and river. The hotel itself had well appointed rooms and very quiet. Nice breakfast and very friendly helpful staff.

The hotel itself was good but there was a dj concert happening two buildings down and it was so loud that I could not sleep. The hotel merely responded with earplugs that did not help at all. The service about it was off putting. I’d check before booking at this place that there’s no events happening nearby.
