Once I got to the property it was fabulous. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Getting there was another story. Frankfurt airport is very large and confusing. I knew I had to get to concourse Z, but it was closed from the main route. Therefore, I went round and round. I had to collect my bag at baggage claim and was not able to check into my next flight until the next morning. I had no boarding pass. I went through security twice and finally was let through, On the verge of breaking down. This was 9pm. I don’t know if I would do this again at Frankfurt especially later in the evening.

Virtually no where to eat after 9PM. Food only available from gift shops until 10PM, then nothing. Rooms not provided with bottled water or any glasses. Need more power outlets. Bedding was just a small comforter. No top sheet, blankets or extra pillows.

Good for long waiting.

A little pricey for the size (it's the only option transit side) but very clean, quiet, good air temperature and quality (better than in the terminal), comfortable bed and smart and quality design.

It was perfect for a long overnight layover at the Frankfurt airport. Previous reviewers had said it was difficult to locate, but we had no problems walking right to it.

Convenience! 10 stars. It was a relaxing, clean, and quiet room. Perfect for me because i had a 20-hour layover in Frankfurt and i was not comfortable venturing alone outside of the airport.

Great place to spend a 16 hour layover in Frankfurt. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Easy access and convenient for transit stay

The staff was helpful, it was clean and quiet. The only issue was The comforter was barely big enough to cover two people.

In need of a place to crash for a 15 hour layover, thankful My Cloud was in the secure area so we did not have to exit and return for security screening. However, with two people, it is a bit cramped. Would have gotten a second room after check in but it was a bit pricey for one room, let alone a second room. Although we survived.

It’s very convenient and easy to get to

I booked this hotel for my parents who were flying from the U.S. to Shanghai and had a 12 hour layover at Frankfurt. The hotel is located in the same terminal as the gates so they didn't have to go through security checks. It was only a short walk from the gates and the check-in was very fast since I already did the online pre-checkin. My parents do not speak any German or English but didn't experience difficulty checking in. The hotel is a bit pricy but worth the money if you'd like to rest a bit between long flights.

Excellent way to spend the night in an airport

we had a long lay over in Frankfurt this worked out perfect. made it a no hassle in the morning just walked out of our room right to the gate and then on our way. Staff Ana & Andrey over and above excellent service providers made us feel at home. Only downfall, it is defiantly on the pricey side.

The location is convenient. Staff is very helpful and informative - we were notified about time and access restrictions and it helped us to arrive to hotel in time. I would suggest to add notice to the hotel description in Expedia that the hotel is located in the restricted zone and not available during the night.

I likened that I could walk to this property without leaving airport. It was both clean, new, safe and comfortable.

Was unable to access the hotel as the security station required to go thru to reach the hotel was closed. We encountered other passengers experiencing the same. Had to go offsite

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. Very clean and quiet, and just what you need for an overnight layover!

The room is small. Available staying time is 1800-0800. Expensive fee in comparison with the room.
