Everything was great. I think they should be a little more specific with the kitchen label. It's only a hot plate/stove top without an oven. Overall my family had a great stay.

Loved the kitchen set up inside the room! Bed was very comfy and the perfect set up for us and our two young children. Staff was very pleasant and helpful as well!

The lady working the front desk on night shift was very sweet. The room was very clean and nice. Also very quiet. Would for sure stay here again if passing through town.

This was a great place to stay. They were so very nice about a reservation change. We had no issues having our pet dog and easy access to our room for taking him out and my mobility issues. The room was spacious, bright, clean and very enjoyable for several night stay. Breakfast had nice variety of both hot and cold items, and the ladies there were so friendly and welcoming.

Checkin was a breeze. Getting in and out was super easy. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had a huge bathroom. The full kitchen was nice as well.
We were just in town for an art installation but this would make a great place to stay on business for an extended trip.

What a great stay. We were in town for Rock The South and you guys didn’t disappoint. We were greeted with gift bags for each of us(4) and Anya went above and beyond with giving us Point Mallard one day passes because the pool was out of commission. The complimentary breakfast was on point and the ladies working the breakfast bar were absolutely charming and so helpful with any needs. Thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable, Shelly and guest

All of the staff were very nice! The housekeepers left little notes each day. It may seem silly to some, but I thought it was very kind and thoughtful. Room was very clean! Half the pool is in the shade most of the day, which is super nice for those who sunburn easily (like myself). Breakfast was pretty good- lots of options. We will be staying here again when we return next year!

The checking in process with slow. Shouldn’t be that complicated with computers nowadays. The Clark checking in Wes now I’m friendly, but she wasn’t very friendly either.

The only issue with this property was that the hot water in the bathroom WAS NOT HOT. It was barely warm.. This ruined what would have been a perfect stay. We loved the whole facility and staff except for that.

Staff not helpful. Needed to upgrade, but she said I would have to pay another $200 just to upgrade from a studio to a suite. That’s really not smart.

Not my first stay, both times were great, best option near me for a staycation for family of 7, not many options like that in hotels, a very excellent breakfast served 6-9, quiet, clean, spacious, open floorplan. Like a home away from home!

Room was very nice and clean, had one questionable stain on the sofa but other than that I absolutely loved the hotel. I wish the pool had been open and that there were more options for breakfast but I would definitely stay again

Short notice stay since our reservation at The Hampton Inn was not found when we arrived at the Hampton Inn. The Residence Inn was great. Everything was top notch.

Likes. Great rate easy access to the internet great tech when it comes to online booking and card key entry great. I didn’t like that the room smelled the seat was dirty as if someone took a shower did not wash off and rolled all over everything. I thought it might’ve been dried urine by day 2 I new it was people smell not animal smell

Nice friendly service. Only a few issues with side door closest to my room would not work on several occasions and tv cable was out for about 36hrs. Things happen so not a horrible inconvenience. Overall a great place and would stay again

The TV all digital EASY to operate and I am not used to computer things, I was able to use the remote and the phone to control the TV

I loved the 2 bedroom suite! It was like living in a 2 bedroom apartment. Outstanding!!
