Beautiful hotel, loved our room, bed was comfortable, sofa in room was clean and comfortable as well, the whole service was amazing, didn’t take longer than 5 minutes for any request we made.
All staff were friendly, nice and professional.

Very good staff and excellent customer service, specially house keepers cleaned my room everyday which I liked it.

All is good in the hotel. Fast wifi, great service. The only minus is the lighting in the room. Too dark. Otherwise a great stay.

This pakistani guy in reciption his name zafer was soo nice and helpfull and offered all kind of help and more.

They stay was ok, but felt the standard dropped from my last visit 2 years ago. This was supposed to be a 5* hotel but was shocked to be told that I will have to pay for water if I wanted more than two small one provided (never seen this in a 5* hotel)

It was good as usual, but the only thing i didnt like is the auto light for power saving ... it went off while i was in shower!!!!!

I originally was staying in this room but the room next to me seem to be thinking they were alone in the floor and had the tv in full volume. Appreciated the staff agreeing to my request to be transferred to a quieter room. The lights were too dim though. Breakfast was limited. Overall the stay was okay for the price.

Very nice stay for business in Sharjah. All the staff very helpful and pleasant. Good breakfast. Rooms are calm and clean.

Room size good, concierge helpful. Hotel needed for a few hours sleep so didn’t see all it had to offer. Looked to be in a quiet area but again adequate for us

The hotel was wonderful but at check in there was no record of our reservation. We were fortunate that a room was available and the hotel honored our price.

Hotel is in a good area to walk about, room is nice n lots of space, Net is great (but didnt have time to have bfast spread). Only issue and agree with other reviewers and Trip Advisor comments that the room is rather dark. Had to use toilet light to see do work :(. Otherwise will definitely come back
