בעזיבת המלון לפנות בוקר , רצינו מונית לשדה התעופה מהשומר , שלח לנו נהג שעמד בפתח שעובד איתכם. כשירדנו מהמונית 'דרש' מחיר מופקע מאוד לעומת כל הנסיעות שעשינו עם מוניות. המונה שלו היה מוסתר במגירה ופיתאום בסוף דרש 70 במקום 25-30 למחיר של הנסיעה. ממש ממש התאכזבתי. יש ברשותי קבלה+תצלום מספר רישוי של המונית. ממש אכזבה בסוף לתייר.

Restaurant personeels en het eten en locatie was goed.

Stinkt en niet schone kamers . Als je loopt tussen de kamers merk je dat er iets stinkt is . De bank die in de kamers zijn oud en stinkt ook . Ik had een kamer voor het hele gezin geboekt ,maar daar kreeg ik twee kamers . Het is slechte managment van het hotel.

All is good and exceed expectations

during my recent visit to your car parking service. One of your staff members left my car running for over half an hour. Upon returning, I noticed that the temperature of my car was significantly higher than usual. However, I am grateful to say that everything seems to be in working order. I wanted to mention this as a note of observation, and to emphasize the importance of attentiveness in providing your esteemed services. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

בית מלון מהמם, אווירה מדהימה, צוות אדיב. נהנתי אני והילדים מכל רגע. הבריכה יפה עם נוף לבורג חליפה. בית המלון מחובר לקניון פיסטיבל סיטי. האוכל מאוד טעים, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטעימה. לקחנו על בסיס חצי פנסיון ונתנו לנו לבחור או ארוחת צהריים או ארוחת ערב לפי הלוז שלנו לקבל ארוחת צהרייםבלילה יש מופע ליזר נחמד מאוד.

I loved the fact that the mall was right in the building!!!! It was the best. Also loved how close it was to the airport and to the Dubai mall. Staff were fantastic!! Got a very early check in!!! ❤️

I always like the location connecting to the DFC mall. Excellent staff from the receptionist named Erica who had made sure my Son's birthday will be celebrated by the team during breakfast with cake.

Only food for not much variation especially for kids. Booked with dinner but like no food for kids unless you order nuggets. We have served two Pcs of burnt nuggets with fries just for my 4 year old kid to eat. (We have booked the hotel for my Son's birthday celebration) Better to prefer not booking with dinner if with kids.

The location was perfect as it was attached to the shopping mall so it was very convenient considering a very hot weather outside.

Room: comfortable beds, cleanliness, spaciousness, good amenities, and nice views in rooms. Location: location close to attractions, restaurants, shopping areas. Breakfast: fresh and delicious breakfast.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms and convinient location.

There is no hanging hooks in the bathroom. This will be handy to have. Other than this- no complaints.

I like everything about this property Room: very spacious and have a positive atmosphere which made us to stay more in the room other than roaming..bed was really comfortable Breakfast: good spread for breakfast…lot of dishes and really satisfied Staffs: nice attitudes from staffs and the lady in the reception helped us to get the room what i wish Parking: spacious parking and didn’t struggle for a parking even in a peak holiday time Location: good location..well connected to dubai festival city which is a big positive part Overall good and will stay here again

Breakfasts and dinners were 1st class. Staff always friendly. Birthday cake with breakfast a lovely touch, Thank you.

Shuttle service from Terminal 3 would be appreciated, can't take metro to Terminal 1 with all our luggage too hard for us.
