The suite was nice, clean, modern decor. This was a handicap accessible room, and the entry door was challenging for even my 200 lb husband to open (very heavy). The kitchen table was rickety and could have injured someone who bumped into it. The remote window shades were very nice. The big problem was that the room as shown in the reservation as King mobility accessible with a roll in shower. The room had a tub with grab bars. I reserved a very specific shower that allows the user to step into or roll over a very low curb. For me, stepping into a tub is very awkward and dangerous. Even using the access board for a tub is very difficult. We asked if we could be moved to a room that would allow me to shower, and the attendant told us that there was no room in the entire hotel that matched the description of what we reserved. The ironic thing is that my son checked in a couple of days later into exactly that type room. We didn't discover this until it was too late to switch rooms. I reserved a room at this hotel because it had roll in showers. I can't tell you how disappointed I am. No shower for 5 days.

This was a great hotel! Very clean and comfortable. There is construction, which is of course not their fault. But it’s there. We had 2 little issues. 1) one of the queen beds needs a new mattress. When laying you can feel the springs. The other bed did not have that issue. The other than that I noticed was the carpet got damp due to condensation from the AC. We kept the room around 69/70 and it was damp. Might need to get that looked at. But that was just our room (room 307) everything else was wonderful!

Great room, nights sleep and decent breakfast. Water every day. Unfortunately, when the room was cleaned the TP wasnt filled. Thankful there was kleenex.

I don’t know how they did it but that is the cleanest hotel I have ever visited, the room is large and the for room is nice

Had some hiccups with housekeeping even after talking to the front desk twice. Everyone was very friendly.

Stayed here with our softball team for a tournament weekend. The staff went above and beyond to keep everyone happy by allowing us to choose rooms near each other best as they could. The breakfast bar in the lobby was excellent, clean, great food and well kept the entire weekend we were there. Will definitely be returning in the future, thank you all!

This is a standard Home2 property. They allow dogs and our room smelled like one. The last Hilton we stayed at was the same way or I figured there was no use asking for a different room. The ice machine was broken for 2 of the 4 day stay. When our room was cleaned-they only gave us towels and made the bed. The bed and linens were nice and furnishing were in good condition.

It was a nice place to stay for the weekend. The kids loved the pool. Tons of food options in the area. Nice, friendly staff.

The room accommodations was missed up. We reserved two Queen beds for two adult men and they changed the room to one king and a pull out sofa bed with out contacting us. We had just drove 12 hours to-get there for a family funeral. Once arrived and checking in they spring the room change on us

The check in and check out staff were very friendly. She remember us from Friday checking in to Monday checking out. The gentleman who was “working “ Saturday morning couldn’t be bothered to look up from his phone. Lady he was working with was running around cleaning and helping people. Don’t know what happened to his training but he totally missed the mark.

The property itself was very nice my only complaint would be not having room garbage emptied at all during the stay. Also, at random times of the night, the parking lot would be blocked off. If more services like that can be done and fixed or at least communicated it would be perfect.

Clean and friendly staff. Only minor complaint is thin walls. I could hear a kiddo running back and forth above me which was annoying.
