Overall we had a good stay no problems!

The customer service was OUTSTANDING!! We got a room due to the hurricane and their team was caring, kind, just wonderful! The hotel is clean, new, just fantastic!

Poor customer service they assign me a dirty room with dirty towels in the floor and trash they gave me another room but the sheets where not clean they had a hair and a scrunchie under the sheets so I guess they use the same sheets from previous customer had the room I was at rush had a wedding the housekeeper take time to clean rooms they rude also front desk person was all annoyed at his job to help me not wearing a name tag dress like not professional

The night staff Darlene was rude and confronted me the next night about me complaining about her. The lady manager was rude as well. UNPROFESSIONAL! Facility was beautiful and clean! Kitchen staff was super friendly & food was great.

This was a great stay. I thought check in was going to be a little rocky but staff made everything right. I appreciate manager and staff making things right and giving me the room booked. Sleeping quarters were fantastic along with breakfast buffet.

On your website you showed a picture of the room. You had the wheelchair symbol, indicating the room was wheelchair accessible. The room was not wheelchair accessible. It was set up for the hearing impaired. We had to go to another hotel.

I was at this property 2 years ago and was happy to see that it has been renovated! The decor looks much better. I also like the digital check in and check out system from my phone.

Unbelievably loud. We were surrounded by kids screaming and running up and down the halls on one side of us, and the other side was adults yelling and cussing. All hours of the night and then started back up at 6am. Awful!! I had to call the front desk to settle the kids down. There were no parents in the room.

Booked for a two queen bed and gave one king bed. When I asked him who did it change? He says hotel is full so, your cancel the room and get another room in a different place.

Besides the front desk guy was missing for half an hour at checking in at 11 pm. I called corporate for help. Corporate called the front and I answered instead. He pops up about 30 minutes later with sleep lines and a story of he was walking premises. Yea ok. I called him out for being sleep. The dog that barked all night and whole stay, the two cheer leader fights by the pool. Oh and the front desk lady who felt making lunch plans at salt grass with her friends was more important than me standing there…it wasn’t bad.
