The night staff was great, they do seem a little stressed though by management. Management is not exactly suited for hospitality. I'm sorry to say that but they're a little rough on there paying guest in my opinion.

Blood on walls. Very unclean hotel. Poorly managed.

Television remote didn't work. When we told the front desk he said "Yea some don't"..... Well fix it. Really sketchy area of town. None of the staff is helpful. The only upside is it is cheap.

There staff were so rude

I got about 10-12 bed bug bites during my one night stay. Carpets were dirty. Facility is outdated. Not worth the money I spent staying here. Praying I didn’t bring any bugs home with me.

The bed side table was literally coming apart and chipped. The hot tub was warm at best and GROSS. The inside of it was all pulled apart like they started to fix the lining and then stopped. So not worth over $115. More like a $75 value if that

I didnt like anything of this hotel! It was by far one of the worst experience ever the personal there was so disrespectful the room so dirty unsanitary nothing worked it looks nothing like the pictures. Don’t waste your money here they don’t help you at all with anything , NOTHING WORKS!!! The toilet was clogged. And nobody wanted to give us a solution the “manager” said to us if we don’t like we can leave, the room wasn’t free we paid over $400 for it. So anyone wanting to stay here read this and look for another place!

Friendly staff and quiet area.

My son, who is TWO years old, found a makeshift pipe in our room! Offered a small refund, & wake up with a bunch of pending charges, with no explanation & told it was nothing & the money will be put back in 5 business days.

Huge amount of homeless/transient population in the parking lot and wandeirng around the entrance. Rooms were below average and grungy.

Weird smell. Overall clean but weird brown smudges on the outside of bathroom door. Bathrooms were remodeled at some point but the rest not. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Breakfast was sausage and two slices of bread wrapped in plastic wrap. I didn’t see the pool or gym. Large hotel. Looks like maybe it was nice at one point, maybe the 80s and then wasn’t taken care of.

Was extremely fair priced for the room we stayed in.

I picked this place because it is very close to the person I was visiting. There are many good things and not so good things about it. First the bad. It is definitely in need of some TLC. Lot of paint chipped, a few hole in carpet, the pool was too cold (for me), the hot tub controls were just wires hanging out of the wall (YIKES!), the milk at breakfast was lukewarm. Now the good stuff. It was CLEAN! both inside and out, in general and also my room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. The shower did too. It is close to the highway but you can't hear it. It is also close to several places to eat - many of them are fast food. It is reasonably priced.

For a quick overnight it’s ok. not the dirtiest but definitely not the cleanest .

Eveything was really worn and run down. Scatched and peeling paint. Water stains all the way down the bathroom door. Continental breakfast was extremely limited and the dining room, lobby and the hallways were very hot and stuffy and the weather was only in the 70s!

I was only staying one night, I started up to read in the lobby, the very mean owner or MGMT not only kicked me out but charged me for 3 days and I didn't even start 2 hours he's said leave and I'll refund you instead, he charged me 3 days, I had to file police reports and get fraud involved with my bank. They are thieves and lie, will take money without your permission. This has been a nightmare. Never stay their, horrible ppl work their and they've made it so they said they took 111.16 actually they took 333. 58 charging 3 days instead of 1 and owner said hed even refund that. Their criminals and need to be accountable which I why I'm taking the steps so hopefully this happens to no ones else. Stay anywhere else

Generally speaking the property was worn down. We didn't go beyond the lobby and breakfast area since our room was across from the breakfast room. Getting to the property was confusing since it wasn't clear where we needed to turn.

Had to call 10-15 times in 4 days due to the screaming and slamming all night that never got resolved until 4am the day I was leaving. Other than that the staff seemed nice

This was a rough stay. Stayed with my son on our way through town and wish we would have spent $20 more and driven another 10 mins to somewhere else, the reviews were not accurate. Hotel is old, run down, and the air freshener they use to cover up the odors are so strong they give you a headache. The matresses were shot and you literally made a squeeky bounce every time you moved. We had a cable box, but no remote to the tv so had to work it mnaually. Carpets were old, stained, and smelled terrible. Pool facility was run down and water was ice cold. Accross the parking lot there were several homeless car encampments, and we ate breakfast in the dining area with several who opted to stay in a room the night before. If we weren't exhausted from travel, we would have left for different lodging.

they wouldn’t even let me check into my room when i arrived at the property the manager was vary unprofessional

They have no quarters or laundry detergent. Grity bath tub & hair dryer. My car & another broken into. Staff acted as the norm. Photo icon not working.

All the staff were great. The only thing I didn't enjoy was that supplies were locked after 5pm and I wasn't able to get more pillows. Otherwise everything was nice!

The area didn’t feel very safe and the staff didn’t seem quite pleasant. I spoke to the person at the desk 3 times about one of the wall art pieces in the room being broken and his excuse was that because we were in the room he didn’t send anybody so that we could have our privacy but I asked him three time to remove it because broken glass is unsafe and I didn’t want to be charged for something I didn’t break. Also the free breakfast was very limited and would not allow us to bring it back to the room. The hot tub was very un appealing and the pool wasn’t great either. The was a patched hole in the bathroom door that wasn’t repainted and there were stains on the bed as well. They left a used toilet paper roll there and one of the soaps were already torn open. They also never picked up the trash we left outside the room. No one came to replenish our soaps towels or anything. The air conditioner was terrible it wouldn’t stay on the right temperature and it smelled terrible. Over all it was really a terrible experience and only one of the staff members was nice to me she checked me in and set me up but there were two men who weren’t very helpful at all!!

No mattress cover on the bed was just GROSS.
