Spotless hotel , fantastic room.

Amazing!

We enjoyed our stay at the Moon hotel. It was a little bit away from the touristy area, which was nice (still easily walkable). There were restaurants in the area, too. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was big, however the set up was awkward- the shower was tiny and the shower head took up the entire stall. It took a bit of getting used to and was fine for a couple nights. The spa was relaxing and we were able to visit both nights. It opens at 4 and there are 3 possible time slots each day. I believe the max allowed is 6 or 8. When we went there were about 6 people in the spa. Bathing suits are required. The breakfast was great- lots to choose from- both continental and menu options. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Also- staff was really kind and helpful!

Amazing place. Highly recommend. I travel alot and this is one of my new favorite hotels. For the money this place delivers.

Everything was superb from the staff to our accommodations

Every single person on staff was over the top helpful, generous, and kind. I’ve stayed at luxury hotels that didn’t have the same level of service. The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was amazing. It is a 25 minute walk or 15 minute walk with a tram ride to the center of town. Always felt safe while walking, even with my child. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Our booking stated we would receive spa access, 1 Free spa service for 2 (we had the room booked for two people), free breakfast, etc. While we received most of this and it was fantastic, the one VIP benefit we looked forward to the most (spa service for 2) we did not get. We were told twice by the hotel staff that this was “an error from Expedia”. I’m not sure why but this took a fantastic stay down to average as it should have been honored, especially when we showed them the booking details tagged to the VIP access we paid for in advance.

What a wonderful hotel. A 20 min walk from the centre - definitely worth it! Brilliant and helpful staff, lovely room and good quality breakfast with great choice. The spa itself was very modern, well equipped and very relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble. A great place. Highly recommended

Spa available and beautiful interior

Really nice hotel with helpful staff. Very clean and great facilities. Would recommend anyone to stay here when in Florence. Only a 10 minute walk to the train statuon and 15 minutes to the centre of town.

Breakfast and Spa were lovely!

First of all, the hotel is beautiful Classy from the moment you walk through the entrance. We received great service from the beginning until the end of our stay. When we arrived, we met the hotel’s sales manager, Bogdan and a bellman. They were both welcoming and very helpful with local sites/recommendations and instructions on how to get there. Bogdan was accommodating and very patient with our many questions. Beautiful breakfast presentation and the French toast is a must try. We were extremely pleased with our stay…this is what a hotel experience should be.

Only negative was that they did not readily accept my certified service dog (I am disabled). I sent all documents and they obliged but insisted on charging me $50 a night for cleaning. First, I have NEVER been charged extra. Even though I can understand a deposit for any damage the 50/night was outrageous. My reservation was no refundable. They did offer to let me cancel but I decided to try it and hope they would communicate with housecleaning staff to ask if they had to clean more (at a value of 50€). They did not. The cleaning did not take any longer than usual and I even skipped a day. And our last day, although we had the room for the night only used it for 3 hours and they still charged me. It’s a wonderful hotel but I won’t go back.

Wonderful and relaxing stay here for a long weekend. Breakfast was a consistently great start to each day and spa access elevated our stay. 1.5 hour time slots could be pre-booked easily and was enough time to make use of the spa amenities (bath, sauna, steam room). Staff were all very kind and accommodating!

Good place close to train station which is about 15 mins walk. The SPA is good, but working hour is too short (4pm-8:30pm). Overall it is a good place to stay in Florence

Beautiful new hotel with great staff. However, the rooms are tiny. The spa service included was just access to the sauna and pool, so a bit of mis-advertising. Very walkable to all major signs being within 15/20 minutes.

Loved the spa. Breakfast also great. Room was nice. Shower didn’t work and we had no hot water the second day so no wash or shower which was disappointing

Fantastic experience

Very clean, air control very welcome . We had a great time, many thanks . Breakfast was lovely each morning . Very friendly staff staff. We would throughly recommend them . Cleaning staff are as also to be congratulated on super work too .

The hotel was awesome, my mom and I traveled there together so safety was important. I felt very safe, I will say it is a distance to center of the activity in Florence be prepared to walk. We didn’t mind because we enjoyed the walk, several different routes to get where we were going. If you have yours In numerous locations it ended up being half way to everything for us. About 17-20 min walk to the middle of Florence where a lot of the shops and restaurants are. We didn’t walk the streets very late so I can’t speak to that. Hotel staff was very attentive, if you need a steamer they will deliver it to your room! That was awesome. Antonette was working at the front desk when we arrived and was beyond helpful and friendly to my mom and I. We saw her throughout the stay and she was awesome!! Best coffee we had was at hotel too! Great happy hour and drinks available to have in the lounge area.

Absolutely amazing stay in the Moon boutique. Fabulous room, amazing breakfast, modern spa and the friendliest staff! 5 stars!
