From the moment we checked in, until we left, we were treated like a guest should be treated. The staff is always very welcoming, and always so prompt to any needs that arise. I will continue to stay at the Tru by Hilton.

We have stayed at this hotel for several years during football season. Such a shame to see it go downhill the last year. I reached out to the manger several times by phone and by email about an issue we had when our room that we reserved was given to someone else and we had no room once we got there to check in. The manger never called me back or answered my emails. Poor management. Won’t be staying there again. Breakfast is pitiful now as well

When I arrived for check in after a 10 hour drive and a prepaid booking; I was told I would need to pay an additional $75 for my 7 pound elderly dog. Typically, this would not be a problem. However, in the details for hotels.com and for Tru by Hilton there is no mention of the extra charge.
I feel it is an undue burden and stress to put on a traveler who may be within a certain budget and the information should be provided more clearly.
Beyond the check-in and extra charge. The hotel is a great value and very well maintained. Comfortable beds, quiet, and clean.

The check in was flawless. Very clean and modern. The shower is broke so our family couldn't shower. The water in the sink was backwards hot was cold..cold was hot. I notified hotel staff about the issues and got a "sorry" and nothing else. Not pleased with service.

They relocated me to a different hotel without calling me and my event was at this hotel. I was very disappointed in the professionalism of the staff as well. They were rude.

i had a king room, bed so comfy the pillows nice and soft made my sleep 10x better . the front desk agent was sweet and helpful. will be staying again , and it’s near many fast foods

Hotel was excellent - 2nd stay here. Both times have been very good. Room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was with the television. There was something wrong, either with the tv or the remote. Channel changes would take ten or twenty seconds to take place. The tv would sometimes go blank or turn off on its own. Good thing was that it allowed me to get some work done on my laptop.

The room itself seemed fine but the mildew smell was not good. It was also noisy being near a highway and train track. The breakfast was only from 7-9 and they were out if a few things i could eat. I stayed there about a year ago and had a good experience so I was disappointed to return in this state.

We like to go for a run and there was a park, with a 1 mile trail around a reservoir just a quarter mile away. Although we had no complaints about the cleanliness, the room was small and sparse. It served the purpose for one night, but I'd be hesitant to book a Tru by Hilton again.

The people at the front desk were great. But the room felt kind of minimalist. There was 1 chair with tiny desk attached to it. Other than that, the only place to sit was the bed. The sheets were clean and soft, but the bed covering didn't seem big enough for the bed. The towels were small, thin, dingy, and rough. I expected more from the Hilton name.

The check in clerk was nice, however, check out clerk was rude, unfriendly and grumpy. One of the queen beds had no comforter or blanket on it. Bed was not made up very well, sheets wrinkled and not stretched onto bed. Overall, I will not stay at this location again.

Had to have one pillow case changed had a big black smudge stain, gross. Also tv didn’t work and no bathroom dam

The room reserved was 2 queen beds, it was changed to a king, the towels were thin and stained brown, queen sheets were put on a king bed. The floor was sticky.

Bonita Lakes Park right next to the hotel is a huge plus for runners/hikers or anyone looking for a nice place to walk. The hand soap / shampoo / body wash was a pleasant surprise - much cleaner presentation than I’ve ever had at a hotel. Shower was great. Bed was good. Besides that, the room was pretty average. Breakfast was passable. The staff was amazing - very sweet people all around.
I would go back to the place again by myself or perhaps with a partner. Less inclined to do so if I had a family, although it can most certainly get the job done.

My husband and I are from Southeast Missouri. We worked all day and had to make it to Meridian that evening. This hotel was very comfortable and the staff were exceptional. It was a safe and relaxing stop to a very long day. We will absolutely stay here again and would definitely choose a Tru by Hilton for other stays in different states if possible.

Average hotel. Clean but not real clean. Only complaint is the door could hardly be opened our shut. Do to hi humid I'm sure making the door swell.
