Bathroom shower needs a thorough cleaning. Bathrooms need to be updated.

Lots of parking, breakfast was okay. The first person that helped us at the desk was very kind and personable.

Very dirty, lots of gunk in the shower and on the walls in the room and around the property. Floors were stained and looked unclean. There were people loudly partying in the hotel until 1AM. We waited about 5-10 minutes to check in while the staff was helping someone else, then (what looked like a manager) started helping us check in and she was very kind. The second staff member was not warm or friendly at all.

The outdoors areas were super. The breakfast was outstanding.

The room could stand a little detailed. The couch had stains and the bed didn't look it was made-up.

The shower gel AND the shampoo bottle were empty. We stayed 2 nights here so we requested to fill in or change the bottle BUT it was NOT done by the team. We only had a small solid soap so not easy to wash the hair with
