What makes this hotel worth 5 star is the people work here. Specifically the receptionist help us with our check in so helpful and genuinely kind. Walking distance to all the spots would like to see and do. Actually Georgia and Georgian people are the best!

Very modern hotel without friendly staff. Great location for eating out and walks.

the room is clean and quiet. love the place, before I live nearby the city area. this is the first time live this area, it is very convenient if you need to buy waters, soft drinks or some snacks, just next to the hotel and the shop is 24/7.

I like the location of this hotel, is super easy to walk to all the fun parts of the city form this property and is in front of two of the best restaurants in town. The rooms are small but organize, clean and super cute!

This was my first stay as a Moxy hotel but definitly not the last. the first impression is the exquisite design! everything is very colorful and happy. the staff is very welcoming and friendly and super helpful for everything. I truly think this is the best model for an urban hotel.

The property is fresh and Vibrant, the location is excellent. Easily accessible by cabs and walkable to a lot of places. The rooms were clean and well looked after. Breakfast Included was really good, not an incredible spread but something which is enough to start your day with. Safe for tourists and locals alike, nicely nestled between a popular bakery and restaurant. The staff are very helpful and the hotel manager is visible and always on hand to address your concerns. Will choose to stay again if I visit Tbilisi again.

Stayed here 9 days; a good hotel in a good location. About a 15 minute walk to the main street amd metro. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. In all, a good experience, and would definitely stay here again.

Very cute hotel with friendly & super supportive staff!!! These guys helped us a loooot and thank to them. Room, breakfast, location is excellent. We even had discount at nearby high rated cafe!!! I really recommend it

Nice Modern Hotel, friendly and very helpful staff members. I was so happy to stay there. The only thing is that you need approx 15 min walking distance to the main attractions in Tbilisi however, I didn’t have a problem since I love walking. I highly recommend this hotel. It is value for money.

The staff was extremely welcoming and despite the language barrier they managed to accommodate me perfectly. Always someone available to help with questions without hesitation. They even had a mobile PCR test performed and results within 8hrs.

The design was unique plus the billiard table and the baby foot are good ideas.

Nice clean and quiet. Breakfast was not good. Wish you have some Georgian food and somebody who answered any questions or direct you to ...Bu room and hotel was great. Location was excellent.

Positives: Nice hotel with a couple of good bars/restaurants nearby. Excellent staff with great English and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice view if you get the correct side of the building. Negatives: There was a weird base-like thumping noise one night, not sure what that was about BUT it didn't reoccur. There is some distance between the hotel and the old town, HOWEVER the old town is a bit of a tourist trap so for eating out the local restaurant is much better value...or get to grips with Bolt

Location is good close to main attractions but room doesn’t have any storage for clothes! No even glasses to drink water. Very small room

Dears, I checked in this hotel 19.08.19. They took my card and blocked money for my reservation at the same day 1840 GEL, while my checked out from the hotel they took my card again and made a transaction as they said to me and gave me terminal check together with the invoice. Later 28.08.19 the same sum of money 1840 GEL was pulled off from my bank account to the hotel as a payment. So now they have my blocked money 1840 GEL and todays transaction money 1840 GEL. They didn't remove block for that money, so they still have it.

Easy, clean, well managed hotel. The only downside is that there is not a restaurant on-site, so you have you pick prepackaged meals from a fridge in the lobby. There are a restaurants in walking distance, so you have options! But clean room, friendly staff in a safe neighborhood. About a 10-15 minute walk to liberty square, museums, shops and restaurants.
