The hotel was very nice looking and clean. The room was spotless and appealing. The breakfast was just as good. The only downside was pets, this hotel allows dogs and they bark at all hours, why who knows. Sadly we won’t be staying at pet friendly hotels anytime soon.

Hampton Inn was clean and located close to restaurants and other family attractions. The only down fall was there weren't any pools for the children to enjoy.

Easy check in , a lot parking and the staff was friendly. I went to take a shower and noticed multiple hairs in the shower. Not impressed with that and the room was definitely old , stains on the chairs and curtains. I usually prefer to check out via the TV if able or I just call when I’m leaving. I couldn’t do either since there is no phone in the room. There is a QR code for “hotel amenities” and I also could not check out that way either. When I left there was no one at the desk and a sign that said “be back in 5 minutes” so later I had to find the number and call to check out. This area has so many hotels and for 200 a night I’ll be trying a different one next time!

Great stay!

For the most part of my stay was without incident any good, Except for the morning breakfast, It’s clear they do not care or cater to vegetarians, vegans, and people who do not eat pork, They serve omelettes with pork inside of it, and do not label it, I’m a vegetarian and ended up eating two omelettes with pork inside of it, and they do not serve deli for people who do not eat pork, Which shows a clear, lack of vegetarian and vegan and religious diet, friendly at all, And the seasoning on what was left that someone can eat was not tasty at all, which leaves you to be able to eat cereal or oatmeal and toast, Regular breakfast you are ass out, I don’t know if he makes the choice to serve the breakfast for this hotel but they should be fired, everybody was upset about the pork and the omelettes, people that eat meat don’t eat pork, This is a good idea is ridiculous, last time I adjusted pork I got sick to my stomach, pork and seafood is not taken lightly to people that don’t know what they’re eating too late, it seems to be a lot of someone answering the front desk when you’re calling from your room or anybody standing at the front desk checking out, outside of those two things was good.

Clean quiet , easy to find. good breakfast

Overall, a good experience. Walls, ceilings and floors are super thin . . . .listened to the guy next door cough all night, the occupant upstairs walking around and people talking in the hall way. The bathroom was updated . . .thank goodness for sliding doors instead of a curtain! Front desk super helpful at check in.

The rooms was not well maintained and the noise all night was terrible.

Everything was great until I got woken up at 3am with 5 bites not sure exactly what it was from but a good guess could be bed bugs, also looked through the mattress and saw a bug that looked very similar to a bed bug, crawling around. I recorded a video of it and took pictures of my bites. This was in the 2nd room we got moved to, in the first one, the tv wasn’t working. So after all of that, we moved to our 3rd and final room. No issues in this room. Staff was very kind, quick and helpful. If that did not occur, I would give the place 5 stars. I came here with a friend as a staycation to relax and it was very doable at this place!

The property is well maintained. Unfortunately, every time we have stayed here we always end up next to rude people who play music loud, yapping dogs, or sound like they are rearranging furniture. Get what you pay for, I guess.

Very clean and comfortable stay. You can never go wrong with Hamptons.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was polite and efficient. The only complaint I have is that the room was a handicap accessible room and the shower was a roll in shower. There were two shower heads and they shot water too fast and the floor flooded a bit. I can tell from the flooring in the bathroom and this is not the first time this has happened.

The check in staff was not good, but check out staff was great! The property itself is way too noisy. We could hear every footstep or door closing of anyone beside us or on any of the floors below or above us. It was horrible. We also could not truly control the temperature in our room. Definitely would not return to this property.

Beautiful property

Hotel looks new, which can be deceiving. Few things in the room not working. Hotel charges a "deposit" which is fine, but does not always refund it timely. Please note - charging an actual deposit is different than a "hold". Probably gonna skip this location in the future.

This property isn’t that old but seems to have been badly treated. The window covering were falling off the window and we could not open them during the day for additional light. The laundry room was next to us and apparently there has not been extra sound proofing installed between the room and the laundry room and it woke me up every night during the night and early in the morning. We were not very happy with our stay this time.

It was very nice. I loved the set up of the room. Check in was quick. Water was avaialbe for you. Complimentary breakfast. Easy to get to Clean. Showers has good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Only thing i personally didnt like was the pillows were too flat for me. My husband loved that though.

We like Hampton Inn Very much typically. However on this occasion our room needed maintainance improvement: It was clean. But, 1. the curtain needed to be fixed. It was missing a string so it would pull up crooked. 2. the shower valve was inconsistent with hot and cold water. Showers were too hot or too cold! 3. Waffles were cancelled due to a kid spilling, which would have been easy to clean and resolve. So, this hotel in particular needs improved management.

Very friendly and accommodating staff- breakfast room, cleaners, front desk staff. Location a defineite plus. easy to get to. Shopping convenient Nice selection of eating places in the areas. The building was children friendly and unusually quiet for business travelrs also.
