The hotel is very comfortable, well maintained and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Staff is quite kind. Breakfast (included in our case) was very good. However, dinner options we had were poor; mostly pizza and pasta; this is unacceptable, given the level of the hotel and the fact that it is located in a country with great and healthy food.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shout out to the cleaning staff who put balloons in our room for our 1 year old daughter to play. She loved them. Super attentive of them.

The staff are absolutely lovely. The hotel is really nice and modern. It’s super clean. The area is really nice and quiet and there’s a few nice restaurants near by serving fresh fish. Perfect setting.

People were friendly and helpful. Bathroom smelled of raw sewage which could be smelled in the entire suite. Water leak in hallway potential slip hazard was present everyday. Private pool faced public area one meter away, it was not private. Difficult to get to room without access for luggage. Cost of stay was significantly overpriced for value.

Great location

The hotel is secluded from the busier resorts meaning it’s quiet and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were amazing and having a private pool as well as a main pool and beach was a game changer. It’s a little spot of heaven

After 10 hours trip we arrived midnight and the hotel didnt have room service. No problem… We slept hungry and in the breakfast my wife wanted to take small plate of fruits to the room for our 18 months old baby. She asked permission from the staff and after 45 min waiting, she decided to come to room. On the way staff was screaming that you cant take the food to the room etc. She said that if you want charge the room or call the police because my baby is hungry. After all these argument i wanted to talk to manager and he was also so rude and telling me that hotel has the rules if you dont obey you must leave.. Then i explained him that they gave us wrong category of the room, dirty toilet, baby cot without mattress, and other mistakes and nobody was screaming in the middle of the lobby. Finally they accepted fully refund and we left the hotel 4 days earlier. Hotel has very strange management that has no idea what is the hospitality.. Unskilled staff, poor facilities and very rude manager combination creates the terrible experience. PS** Pictures looks like fake. Typical not even 4 stars hotel.

Very helpful staff, beautiful view, very friendly waiters and bartenders. Its really nice place to relax. Only thing is the location. There is restaurant and shop nearby, but if you want go to explore the town a bit more then you need to take taxi (which isn't cheapest). On the other hand, they can arrange for you some trips and bus is already included the very fair price. I really did enjoy stay in this place and definitely could recommend!

The staff were exceptional! They upgraded us for free. It was clean! The pool was cold and the cocktails were so so but overall so beautiful! The breakfast was also delicious!

Good location to beach, many rooms with pool , all inclusive restaurant were nice.

This place looks nicer in pictures and probably the idea was good. The execution didn’t match the design. Staff is OK. Free breakfast is OK. Location is good. But, You have to call the front desk to adjust the AC. That was mind blowing.

Beach is very small but hotel is very nice

Perfect. We enjoyed clean pools, quiet beach and a tidy room. Staff was very kind. A bit too far from town but this is because we can enjoy quiet environment.

Beautifully positioned hotel with an amazing main pool area (with bar, snack bar and the most spectacular views). To add to that, many rooms come with their own individual pools (but only a few of these have the view as well, so choose wisely - we chose not to have a pool but uninterrupted views of the pool and sea; individual pools would suit families with younger children) Hotel is well kept, clean, friendly service. Only thing letting it down is the food; could be a lot better, but additional cost from B&B to half board worked out at under £5pp per evening meal (including a wine or a beer) so can’t complain toooo much. Great for families or couples.

Due to Covid changes in Spain we changed holiday to Zante. I have stayed in a few hotels over the Greek islands and this Hotel is excellent.. hotel room very clean.. and Bed was comfortable.. Air con was spot on Pool was needed after hot days however beds round pool were so uncomfortable.. wooden and you can only lie for so long i feel they could have cleaned the pool terrace more.. tiles and tables were left dirty for a few days however around pool directly was cleaned daily we were half board... and due to Covid you cant serve yourself.. so staff struggled to understand us.. plus food wasn't very hot also they struggled to control social distance.. this was down to customers and not staff... very crowded when serving food.. we walked out twice food round pool area was much better reception staff very friendly

Nice and clean room with good balcony. But Seaview included a view of roof in front of us.
