Our stay was fine. Very comfortable and clean. The hotel was advertised as having a restaurant & bar, but it did bot say the bar was “non-alcoholic”. Also, the elevator was having problems and we had to take the stairs with our luggage. Fortunately, it was only one floor.

Clean and efficient cost for the value of the motel.

You have to put down a deposit down for basic things like tv remotes, air conditioner, iron, hair dryers... the maids leaves all of the rooms all open in the morning, unattended while they clean them. Just pay a few more bucks a night and stay at the nearby places like Gamma or Posada. Even City Express is better.

The room was warm even with the air conditioner on. Maybe needs cleaning. Also in the lobby, it’s very nice to sit enjoy tea or coffee cut no air there at all.

The hotel must have been 'Grand" at some point but is a little run down now. The upholstery on chairs in the room is worn out and stained, the bathroom door is showing water damage at the bottom, no hand towel, They charge a deposit for hair dryer, TV remote and other stuff. That alone tells you about their customers. But the worst of all is the smell in the room, it was a strong chemical smell that reminded me of what you put inside the toilet so it cleans with every flush. I asked if they fumigated the room and they said no, then I found out there was one of those toilet cleaners hang OUTSIDE of the tank, maybe to 'deodorize' the place, probably to cover other smells. But there are other ways to make a room smell nice that aren't disgusting and make people sneeze. And let me add my sense of smell is much less sharp than your average person, so that tells me the odor was very strong. Fortunately, there was sliding door to a balcony and leaving that opened let some of the smell out. The view of the pool was nice, but was disappointed to learn that the gym was not functional or open, which is not disclosed on the hotel website.

It was good hotel.
