Ideal place for staycation

The only things we notice is that they don't have a regular staff to clean the billiard area and fallen leaves on all the compound

the place is ok but there are a lot of mosquitoes at night and during the day there are a lot of flies and why is their water sea water the difficulty then take a bath the viscosity in the body

it was a rainy weekend but an enjoyable one. they let me invite other family members who lives in the area and celebrate birthday in one of their videoke rooms.

This is a very nice place. I will definitely stay there again. Very kid friendly !!!

The place is good

The place is nice and cozy. It's ideal for family or big group. However, the TV has only one channel and they 0only show commercials. You can't even swim in the beach in front of the resort.

Since it was raining on the night we stayed, we had to stay at the resort, and we had to stay in the hotel room very early because there was nothing much to do. No Services after 9pm. No WiFi. Cable TV was not available. No one answered the phone when tried to call for services. Videoke room was not free for guests either, expensive.

Overall was satisfactory. Though the airconditioning of our room is a little bit hot.

Me and my family stayed here despite of the bad reviews that this hotel gets. And the review is totally right, our stay here is a total disaster. I will definitely pin point the old woman in the reception who is so shady and doesn’t know about customer service. First of all we arrived at the resort 8am and were asking if we can have a early check out since there are 2 babies with us. The old woman said we can check in now but need to check out the same time. Which it doesn’t make any sense.Then when we check out the woman said I have a balance of 1,200 because of a extra person which is an 8yr old kid. Not to mention that they didn’t tell us about it and just surprise us with a bill. So I argue with her and push for my rights. Guests who’s been here before and said that the rooms are way too small and has some rat shit, they are totally right!This place will totally go down if they don’t make any changes. Specially when it comes to customer service. Will definitely not going to stay here anymore.
