This seems like a new facility and beautifully designed. The restaurant was very good. The hotel is very modern with a lot of smart systems in the rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and all day espresso drinks. The only complaint we have is the storage space in the rooms - shelves, drawers, counter space is very limited for two people. Also, the gym is very small, but has state of the art equipment. We walked or used public transportation for most of the time we were there. They also had bikes available to the guests, which we made use of when were tired of walking. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Service is great here. The staff are beyond friendly at the desk, bar, and restaurant. Convenient location, about 15 minutes to Old Town and 8 minutes to the Jewish Quarter. Couple of items to keep in mind that may not make your stay 10/10: Sharing a room is 2 barely twin-size beds that are inches away from each other, remember to slide the shade closed from outside the bathroom so that you aren't watching your friend on the toilet, and the prices at the hotel are considerably higher when compared to other bars and eateries (also they add a service charge which is basically a tip, to everything). Krakow is a great city with a ton of things to explore and places to eat. Everyone is pretty friendly and with Google maps it is super easy to get around. For car service, Uber works there and there is also an app called Bolt.

Had a good stay. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The courtyard seating area by the bar was a nice place to have a drink on a hot summer evening. The room was modern and comfortable. The hotel also offers the use of bicycles which was an interesting feature.

Great Hotel!

This has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The staff was lovely and helpful. We had a tour that started 6 am, and could not reach breakfast time. The hotel had fantastic breakfastboxes with a variety of options. There was an iPad in the hotel room, where we could adjust light, order room service and so on, which made it feel more luxurious. Free coffee in the lobby was a plus. The hotel is located nearby a shopping mall, and only a 15-20 minutes walk to the old town. Definetly coming back!!

Loved the breakfast including made to order omelets and green smothers. bikes and yoga for guests. I don’t like the lighting system which was difficult to use.

Very modern hotel that is close to the river and Kazimierz. Spa was great as was the morning breakfast buffet.

Beautiful hotel with a very relaxed and modern atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Location is ideal, only a 20 minute walk to the old town and beside the station which can go straight to the airport. Thank you!

The fluffiest pillows I’ve ever had!! Very nice hotel in the Jewish area of Krakow. Nice and big room and a very comfortable bed. You can explore the Jewish area very good by foot as well as the ancient area.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet neighborhood, easily accessible to all public transportation and/or walking to Old Town. And if neither of those options tickle your fancy, they even offer bikes! The attached cafe serves great baked goods and the restaurant is equally delicious. The BEST amenity has got to be the sauna & steam room available for all hotel guests! I definitely took full advantage after a loooooong day of visiting Auschwitz and Salt Mine.

The room, the public spaces , the service all perfect ! The room was facing the rail of the train but it didn’t disturbed at all matress was so good.

This hotel was excellent. The location was super - great restaurants in the area and you can walk to most places or go few stops with public transport. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Krakow. I had hard time choosing between 4 and 5 stars but when comparing to ones that are 5 for me, these additions would make this hotel 5 stars: add body lotion available, add more sweet to breakfast (for example to the order options), pay attention to the cleaning details (sheets and towels must be in perfect condition).

Coffe cups in the coffe area are not eco friendly.

Excellent good value hotel. Modern and clean and comfy beds. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Gave good restaurant suggestions and booked excursions for us. Also eat in the hotel restaurant which was good. Breakfast had good choices and could also order off a menu. Good location for exploring all of Krakow.|

The standard is always high in Puro Kazimierz. Very comfortable rooms with everything what you would need. I stayed for three nights. I used gym and spa. The gym is small, but again, has everything what you need for your workout: bike, treadmill, elliptical, weights and a yoga mat. The spa has free steam room and sauna, and a relaxation room. Breakfast buffet has so many choices - excellent food and drinks. The area around the hotel is super safe and in a walkable distance to the old town and it is located next to the Jewish quarter.Lots of restaurants around for breakfast, dinner and lunch. I will be staying there again fir sure.
