My first time to Cabo and to an all inclusive resort. Everyone is a critic when it comes to food. I will tell you my absolute favorite was the steak place called Guacamole (on site) service was good. Amazing food. Steaks tend to be overcooked so I’d recommend telling them at least one ‘notch’ above what you normally like. Lobster Mac and cheese was so good I could have ate that every day. Anyway, the staff all around is nice and friendly. If you want a massage, go to the Sand Bar in town. Bigger bang for your money. My friend paid over $150 at the hotel and said the massage in town was way better. Getting to town was easy. Notify the guys in the lobby in blue shirts and they will find you a ride. Bars had lots of options but are a bit lightly poured, but hang and drink at the bar side pool, you meet some fun people and enjoy a beautiful view. We had usually 9 of us so it was about $4 per person. Less people the more costly. Bartering is normal so try it and don’t be intimidated. I would define stay here again!

The property had everything I expected; the staff was friendly and attentive. Plenty of food, drinks, fun and amenities. The property is close to town and so it was easy to reach town and attend excursions. I highly recommend this resort! The only thing I wish was that it was easier for me to use Uber for transportation from the property. In their efforts to provide security, Riu only allows taxis and certain transportation companies to pass through their gates; since taxi prices are quite a bit more than Ubers, you will spend more. One saving grace is that we were able to take Ubers back to the resort

Water down drinks, nasty food that kept getting me sick, rude staff, you can barely get a reservation at the specialty restaurants, dirty pools, barely any hot water for shower, doesn’t do any room accommodations for guest birthday or celebration, taxis over charge you and tell you one price and change it when you get to destination. The Baja California adults only location is very boring.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would do it again

The property was great with multiple pools, swim up bar, hotel room accessibility and proximity to town/activities to do. We also had access to other RIU properties and theme parties which was a nice benefit and convenient. I would highlight the staff was excellent everywhere! the onsite restaurants were nice specially Asian Yu Hi and suggest expanding the choices for cuisines further. The main concern was Expedia booking, we did not get a airport pick up and drop service nor did the resort credit come through to use onsite during our stay. In the future, I would prefer to book directly with the hotel instead of trying to reach customer service on extended chats after landing at the vacation destination.

Very Noisy , too much noise, night and day

Everything was excellent from food to drink service. The staff are very polite and show they are willing to make every persons experience a great one . They go out of there way to make it an enjoyable time . The rui parties and regular pool activities were always amazing . I will return for sure thanks for the best vacation.

I love this property so neat and clean!!! This was our first Adults only Resort!! They cleaned all day! I love it! Everything is really really clean!! Nice shows!! And the access to other Resorts was impeccable!!

Amazing place

The property is very good. They take care of the grounds and there are activities for all ages.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Staff was extremely nice and attentive. Food options were decent. Breakfast was our favorite. Definitely wish the pool and Bar stayed open a little later. The pool closes shortly before 9 PM and the bar closes at 11 PM afterwards, There is literally nothing to do at the resort at all.

Okay food, really nice pools and staff running around to get you your drinks. Extremely nice and clean rooms.

Everything was nice.

The restaurants are not the best. The buffet has the best food. The taco bars are just okay. I was expecting better tacos in Mexico. The pools are clean. The parties are fun. The staff is all very nice and enjoy helping out. The more you tip the better the help. The drinks are watered down, but they are free so just drink more....

The property staff was so rude, money hungry and did not care about my safety. I was brutally stabbed inside the property leave me with bruises and I also had to get stitches. They let the suspect leave without letting me pressed charges. It’s like they was will to take women for sex trafficking. It was so unsafe and a scary experienced. I will never go back to Mexico because that experience alone.
