Stay was awesome unfortunately at the time of booking by hotel.com was misleading we were told we have a airport pickup and hotel said it was an extra charge if this was made clear to me I would have gone with other hotels instead.

Lovely property. A special thanks to Gillani who was so attentive to all our requests and was super pleasant to work with! Love it when staff go above and beyond to help fix issues…
Only flaw was no elevators and we booked two rooms that they couldnt get together- so was a painful back and forth since we were in different floors and had ti walk all those ateps. But grounds were very well kept and bfast buffet spread was very good!

Our stay at Hilton Resort in Goa was nothing short spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tonne for what turned out to be an unforgettable vacation.
The dining experience at the hotel was elevated by the incredible waiter team: Ankush, Vibrant, Mayank, Fabiola ad Rishap. Each member displayed remarkable professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring that every meal was a delightful experience.
A special mention must go to Rishap, an exceptional waiter who truly stood out. Rishap went above and beyond to make sure our dining experiences were perfect. His keen eye for detail and genuine care for our needs were evident in every interaction. Rishap's warm demeanour and proactive approach, such as remembering our preferences and "usual" order and making personalised suggestions, Madde a significant impact on our overall enjoyment. He is a true asset to the Ressort, embodying the highest standards of hospitality.
The housekeeping team at the resort including Mayur, Samiran, Ishan and Abhishek, deserves immense praise for maintaining high levels of cleanliness and comfort throughout our stay. The room was always spotless, with fresh linens and towel animals with personal notes which we truly enjoyed and added a luxurious feel to our stay.

Excellent location. Great pools. Good breakfast and great staff at breakfast. Also very good live music on Sunday afternoon.
Just a few suggestions to go from good to great.
Poolside attendant was missing on Saturday evening, once called, he was there for service, but one feels he should’ve been there anyways.
Late night menu at restaurant was very limited, the next late night, we ordered room service and the menu was excellent.
Didn’t understand exactly why the restaurant menu at the same time was limited? You could look into that.

Food was a big let down. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet both were mediocre. Spa was closed. Guests were not following pool etiquette such as showering before and wearing appropriate clothing. Room was nice, clean, with great housekeeper.

A few things about the property
1) There is no lift to the rooms, which are located till 3rd floor. For some weird reason there is a lift from ground floor to the first floor, where the reception is.
2) The property is nice but not well maintained. Damp in the rooms, the staircase had white paint marks, the bathtub fixture came out. Not at all expected from a 5 start property, especially not from a Hilton brand

3) There outside passage to the rooms were dark and the bulbs were not changed.

1) No communication on how long they would take to provide rooms.
2) No coordination between staffs. We booked a car at the reception and the ground staff at the portico were not informed. We had to tell them again to get a car.
3) Second day morning, someone came to check on our stay (working there for 9 years, he mentioned, so not a junior staff) and we told about the broken lights in the passage-way, bad check-in experience etc and mentioned that we may not come back.
4) He apologized and promised he will take care of the matter. The same day, room was not cleaned till 3 PM and we had to ask for room cleaning. Bulbs were not fixed till the time we checked out.
5) Room was not provided in good condition, some of the covers for outside seating area were not properly placed.
6) Our luggage was sent to the room almost 1.5 hours after we checked in to our room, that too after 4-5 follow ups.

The room was not clean once entered and property dint full fill all the requirements that were promised as part of package purchase. No one picked up calls made from room to reception or dining missed lot of times.

The appalling behaviour of the staff was seen when we tried to order food from Room service. A gentleman told us that someone would call us back shortly, that call never came. We called multiple times, but no one received the call, neither at the reception nor the room service. The following day, The Air condition of our room malfunctioned.
The property is decent, but the hotel Is poorly managed. The management needs to wake up from slumber as nobody in the hotel is concerned about the guests. One of the most inconsiderate hotel staff I have ever come across.

Hilton has been a disappointment since my last two visits that happened in the last 1 year. They have made me thoroughly regret for not vouching and asking the company to book Taj as our usual choice. The hotel has been going down south in terms of its own responsibilities. When I say this I say this with great reluctance because a brand in hospitality should not behave like this. They are only interested in Check In and Check out time and a guest physical injury does not make any sense to them. I find it insensitive when it’s a matter like this. We can be overly smart, learned but values is what differentiates us from #beinganimal.
About the Property: The property is big, lot of turns to get you confused locating a room. It’s not on the beach if you want to quickly lose into the sands. Remember Ola, UBER is not in Goa and you will not get any quick cabs from here. When you pay so much for a room you would need what is generally expected from a hotel i.e service. You will regret that.
The AC in the room and the construct of a room was never kept in mind while construction was made by Hilton. Never open your balcony as you will get a never ending condensation nostalgic class of your 5th standard. The whole floor got dripping watery and I slipped fell and hurt my chest and looks like have a broken thumb. Trust me when I said this to the reception that I need 30 mins more to checkout the calls to check out never stopped. I miss Taj and its madness in treating me.
