Beautiful resort on the beach with many food options, activities, pool, and white sand beach. It feels safe and creates a peaceful vacation space. It is a 10-15 min drive out of El Nido proper, but the facilitate vans or tricycles back to town.

The staff are just wonderful. We were upgraded to a wonderful suite - it was gorgeous. We really enjoyed the pool, beach & free water sports.

An absolute gem of a hotel in terms of comfort, beach, spa, pool, surroundings, things to do and service. The spa treatments and service at the beach are lovely. The only let down I experienced was by the concierge. In my experience the concierge misinformed us, looked like could not be bothered, reluctant to provide information, and even sarcastic at times. I recommend to come prepared with what you wish to do and perhaps speak directly to the tour providers. Unfortunately, this was the last experience in the hotel which left a sour after taste.

Top notch resort! Really luxury and relaxing with play room for our 7 month baby and perfect condition for swimming, both in the see and in the pool! Potential improvement on the restaurant service, catching up allergies:)

Quiet part of the island slightly away from the town center which we liked. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach and proximity to the shops at Lio. Had a great experience.

The staff at the front desk was very nice. The only thing I did not like was that the property was far from everything else. Other than that, I loved it. I would recommend this place to anyone

Great location on the most beautiful and quiet beach. 4 min walk along the beach to approx 15 restaurants. The location, beach and variety of restaurants is what makes it a great hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. Hotel was very nice and good standard. Would recommend staying.

Everything about my stay at Seda Lio was amazing. The hotel was clean and the staff and service was great! Our driver Jeff was so funny and friendly. The accommodation was more than I expected. Also location is perfect and the beach is beautiful. I would def stay here again and would advise anyone going to El Nido to stay at Seda Lio. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Definitely stay here. You get a private beach with free kayaking, wind surfing, and paddle boats. We booked with DreamIslander Travel and Tours and they were able to pick us up right on the Private Beach. I had a great experience with the their company. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options and we had dinner twice there as well. They also pick you up to and from El Nido airport, 5 min drive, and that same vehicle will drive you anywhere for free within the Lio Estates. I think the nightlife was about 20 minutes away but if you don’t care, the resort really is nice just to relax especially after doing a beach tour. There were a lot of options for transport if you wanted to go to there though. Great pool. All the staff were wonderful too.

Seda Lio is heaven on earth. Conveniently located 5 minutes away from the Lio Airport (exclusively for AirSwift) so you can fly directly to El Nido without the 5-hr van ride from Puerto Princesa. The hotel is the perfect location for what we were looking for…secluded enough outside of the town center on a beautiful stretch of private beach but only a 20-minute tricycle ride to town for nightlife, restaurants, activities, etc. The pool, food, staff, and rooms were just exceptional and we hated to leave after 4 nights. Will definitely return one day.

This hotel was nice overall. The staff were kind and helpful. The property was well taken care of. The rooms smelled humid but were nice. The spa was decent. It was nice to have the private beach and a few okay restaurants in walking distance. You are quite far from downtown so you’d have to arrange for transportation if you want to go. I went in September with a friend and it was totally empty. We wish there were more people to chat with. The breakfast buffet was nice as were the drinks at the pool bar. We did tour “A” that the hotel sets up for you. I did not care for it. It was very low budget even though you’re paying about $70 USD. Theres around 15 people on the boat. Your hotel packs your lunch for the trip, okay at best. We asked the hotel if the tour provides a towel, they told us yes… they did not. We were just wet on the boat the whole day. The airport transportation is included and is very nice after so many flights. Since there are not many options for hotels in El Nido, i’d stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay for one week at this beautiful resort. It is located ~8km north of El Nido so if you feel the urge for clubbing every day, maybe you should look for something closer to El Nido. Having that said, this is an amazingly beautiful place located next to El Nido airport directly by the beach. The hotel has a nice pool area with a nice bar and towel service. Have a go at the spa, take a swim in the ocean, go for a long beach walk or just take a nap under a palm tree. There is plenty of ways to relax here. A short 5 min walk down the beach you can find some small bars and restaurants with some food variations. There are also lots of nice boat and dive excursions available that you should give a shot. These tours are great and you will experience lots of paradise locations. Be aware though that logistics to/from the tours can be a bit of a hassle every now and then due to the popular demand. So, would I go back here again? Would I recommend this hotel? Yes indeed, I would higly recommend this hotel and I will most certainly return some day again!
