Amazing place where to stay when visiting Maastricht. It is back to th à old city, many restaurants and pubs nearby. The staff is amazing and friendly. The hotel is clean and offers you comfort while away from home. Give it a try when in Maastricht!

Clean, good location, nice staff. I had a trouble getting the A/C Fan to work but that could have been my error!

The staff was awesome, breakfast was top knocked!! Our room was noisy facing the river, even with the windowsclosed. If you book a room ask for a courtyard view. No lift and we were on the top floor. Alot of European hotel are like that. Ask for a lower floor as the steps are very steep.

We had room 521 with a wonderful riverview and elevator access. Afternoon complimentary refreshments in the dining room were much appreciated. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We highy recommend this hotel.

This was the first time that we had visited this hotel and we were not disappointed. On arrival at the Reception we were treated lime members of the family. Nothing was too much trouble for the Manger and his team of amazing staff. They all went out of their way to ensure that we had a greet three night stay. The breakfasts were really substantial and set us up for the day. The Drink and Cake in the afternoon was a nice little touch. Overall it was a great experience. Congratulations to all concerned. I would certainly recommend this lovely hotel

Easy walking to city and it’s sites. Large room comfortable bed and wonderful pillows.

From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was superb comfortable clean and Devore was splendid. The breakfast the next morning was first class as were the waiting staff. I can’t praise the staff and property enough and we will not hesitate to stay there again when we visit Maastricht again.

Our trip started really promising, we liked the view from the window, the spacious room accommodating 3 people, the furnishing, making you feel at home. The problem started after midnight when bugs started crawling over the beds, over the book that I was reading, the wall next our luggage. After quick Google search we identified them as bed bugs, something that I was not expecting from any place offering lodging, let alone with "Fabulous" reviews. We called the hotel number and were told that someone will come to help us. An hour and a half later (around 2:30 am) the receptionist arrived, he was very helpful, offered us two rooms and helped us move. We could not sleep, because we were checking around for bugs and also the rooms were very cold. At check out I notified the morning receptionist about the problem, she did not looked surprised, apologized half-heartedly, but did not offered any compensation for our inconvenience. Nobody was interested to inspect the room and verify our concerns, to us it looked like this had happened before and they were aware of the problem I asked to be reimbursed for the room cost, last week we received half of it. I am writing this review to spare future guests our unfortunate experience and to make sure that the hotel management take serious measures to eliminate the problem. We were terrified that we will bring some of the bugs with us after reading how hard it is to get rid of them. It will take me a while until I sleep in hotel again!

All in all a nice place just out of the heart of old town. It was clean and the staff was somewhat friendly. However, they made a mistake with our room (which they admitted) and made us change at 21:00. It was made more awkward by the staff waiting outside our room while we packed our things and moved. Otherwise it was a lovely hotel, I would stay there again.

Great value for money. We were very pleased with the room and the service. The room was very spacious. Unfortunately, the bed was a little soft for my liking, and we couldn't get the safe to work. Breakfast with venison, egg and bacon was a bit too rich - next time we might just take an egg. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return if there is a vacancy.

We stayed in the quadruple room on the top floor. The room was quite big. It was hot when we stayed there and there was air conditioning in one room; however it was a bit warmer in the second room as there was no fan to circulate the air though the second room benefitted from the air conditioning as well. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.There are no lifts in the hotel for those with difficulty walking.The location is excellent, within walking distance to everything. We would stay here again.

What a beautiful place this is. The people running it are ever so friendly. Coz we celebrated our birthdays my husband asked if he could bring me the breakfast in the morning - ontbijt op bed - it's our habit. With 3 people they brought us a beautiful tray - with loads of well prepared lovely stuff and bubbles! We will definitely use this place again: right in the middle of the city. It was just great!

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, the whole center is within walking distance. The rooms are quite large and spacious, for my personal taste a bit too dark. I did not feel bad at all during my stay

It was great being able to stay in an older, but completely renovated property just steps from the city center. Our room was spacious, very clean and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful and served in historic rooms. A special mention for the reception desk person, Samantha. She was extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty to help us get some things printed. Great hotel and great staff!

We loved everything about this hotel! Our ground floor room was enormous with a huge, comfortable bed. Great shower. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully served. My favourite thing is that they had a fresh squeezed orange juice machine! The service was top notch. I fully intend to stay there again and have already recommended it to friends who will be going on holidays soon.

Nice staff, great atmosphere, lovely rooms in a quiet location eventhough you are in the centre of town. You do hear your neighbours and smell the coffee when they are preparing breakfast downstairs. Great bed but could do with softer cushions.
