Great stay. It’s my favorite hotel to stay at when I’m in the area. Only negative remark I have was when I checked in the front reception was on their phone. I stood there for a couple minutes until they noticed me. Their initial greeting made me feel like I was interrupting them. My response, “no, I have a reservation”. Afterwards, it was only formalities in communication. The workers are the heart of an establishment. It was lacking on this stay, which is why the service I rated 3 of 5 while everything else was 5 of 5

Really clean. Rooms were spacious for the price. The parking charge was b.s. though. Parking should be free if you are staying at the hotel. The security deposit fee was a bit much as well.

The actual hotel itself was nice just one thing I would change would be the bathroom door. It was a sliding glass barn style door didn’t offer a whole lot of privacy. However, the buildings around the apartment complex were kind of rundown. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The Pierce concierge loves to lie said it was a 250 deposit one really it's $150 or at the discretion of the concierge or agent at the time very rude slow and annoying needs to be replaced immediate

They double charged me after I had already paid for my reservation through Expedia. After charging me 2x, the manager said I would receive a refund within 12 hours. It's been multiple days, close to a week since I checked out and I still have not received my refund - instead, the charge processed on my bank account and now I have to go through a mountain of troubles just to dispute it. The hotel itself, was nice. However I do believe that the service could be better in situations like this one.

Room was very big. Everything is newly updated. Bed was comfortable. Internet was slow but I did not have time to troubleshoot it with the hotel IT. So could have been on my end.

There is usually only one staff welcoming you an and there is a line in front of front desk. This was not good to wait like 10-15 minutes only for asking something to the staff. The rest was good

In our last night around 10 pm someone entered our room and he immediately exits the room when we called the front desk they didn't responded so we went to the front desk (me and my husband) to the front desk to find out that the associate in the frontdesk just "overbooked" our room to that guest!! Over that she speaked with us in attitude and didn't apologized or mentioned that our keys were deactivated and we only discovered that when we got back to our room so we had to go back again to the front desk to activate the cards

I told them I would like to stay far away from the lobby as possible because I want to have a goodnight rest knowing fully well how noisy it gets close to the lobby. The attendant didn't accommodate that and put me right in front of the lobby ruining my experience

Looks exactly as the picture. Beds were extremely comfortable, and bathroom is very clean and spacious. Hotel was easy to find. The room didn’t have an iron and tv remote wasn’t working well. Parking space is limited but wasn’t an issue for my stay. Area around is not the best but decent. Parking cost 12 dollars for my stay. Overall good experience.

The receptionist is rude. 1 stayed here last week and was charge 24 bucks for parking with 2 cars. Decided to comeback this week and wag charge 32 dollars. I was told 2nd car is $20 but it didn’t even say in the paper that was posted in the reception desk. In the dest it says $12 per vehicle. I told her that I stay week before and only get charge $12 each car and showed her my bank statement but the lady is really rude and didn’t say anything and just charge me $32
