I had serious issues with this booking after two hours of checkin they had power outage I went to the reception they were so rude and ignorant so I ended up leaving. I do have proof for that power outage.

Payed for the weekend but had to reactivate the room card every 12 hours; internet did not work trash from patrons previously still in room; deposit was returned quickly after checking out, other than that, would not recommend

I got a non smoking room. Soon as I walked in smelled like someone had smoked. If you’re a non smoker of course you’re never going to enjoy that smell. Overall the property needs to be taken more well care of and more cleanliness as well.

Room carpet was very dirty, door lock was loose, room had bad smell!

This place is dirty, showers aren’t scrub, towels were stain and dirty, old and dirty carpet, it smelled like mildew. Access pad doesn’t work for room key. Buttons on a/c unit were missing so you had to guess your temperature. Pillows were dirty and not fully fluffy as shown in the pictures you only get 2 instead of 3 pillows. Pool was empty and looked dirty. Poor maintenance. Beds are hard as a rock, sheets are dirty, head boards had holes, bathroom door had a punch hole and was dirty. pictures are deceiving so don’t trust that you’ll get what you see. Staff was ok. Will not be staying here again.

Unhelpful staff. Rooms reeknof cigarette smoke. They advertise as a "non smoking" property. On day 2 of dealing with the headache from staying in the room. And i couldn't eben get a refund. Staff didnt care one bit. No hot water either. Horrible excuse of a motel

Dirty rooms

There was blood, makeup and stains on carpet and bed sheets. The ac was unsafe and could lead to health risks. There were handprints on bed frames. The pillow were small.

Our stay was great, staff was very accommodating and nice.

It was 1 night stay but fast check in & nice woman helping. No weird smell when you walk in. Cons: needs a deep wipe down from the floors to the doors , everything was either dirty or sticky.

Dirty, very dirty!

We had to wait for awhile for someone to help us. The door was locked and we had to wait outside. We requested to go inside. They weren’t able to find our booking. Had to wait for another person to come back to help. The room had odor. There are stains and marks on table, foot, sink counter. Not enough towels. We had to wait for them to finished laundry to get another set of towels. Overal, felt uncomfortable for the stay.

The hotel is located in a busy street too much noise through the night, bed very hard that made it hard to sleep and also made a lot of noise when you moved.

Staff is very respectful go above and beyond for the customers must come back

Bed was noisy room was not clean did not give me a handicap room didn’t tell me I had to put a $100 dollar deposit on the room I would not stay in your hotel again

I booked the room because of the pictures that I saw online of course but when getting there the room seemed outdated from what is displayed online still acceptable still average and good for the price.
